The sanitation is quite clean. The room is warm, spacious and large. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything (highly recommended) The maids in the guest room are also very kind, The front desk girl is also very enthusiastic, Manager Xiao Wu is very understanding of the requirements, the communication is very pleasant, and the problem is solved very quickly. (The communication is smooth, this really touched me) The price of my room is also very affordable, and the price is really cost-effective! A comfortable and pleasant stay experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. Overall a very nice hotel. Reception staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is also very good , much options to choose from. We only had the afternoon noodles one time but it was yummy. The Japanese hot spring-like experience is located at the very top, not much to say, it's a hot bath but it felt nice after a long day of walking. Location is not super good but a nice walking distance for transportation. Room was just as described on trip. Only downside was the shower , the wall started coming off when used the other shower head, did not get a heads up so it kind of fell on me. Other than this everything was nice!!

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to find a plate of fruit waiting for us when we arrived, and the daily replacement of water bottles was much appreciated. The location was convenient, with a few restaurants nearby and a metro station close by. We didn’t use the metro since we mostly got around using Didi, but it’s nice to have that option available. The only issue we had was with the toilet, which didn’t flush properly, but it wasn’t a big deal overall. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This Ritz-Carlton hotel is in an excellent location for families. The Taikoo Li and IFS shopping area is only a few minutes away by metro or Didi. The Chengdu Panda Reserve Base is a very reasonable distance (30 minutes drive). The facilities are very nice. The lobby has a great view from the 25th floor. The cafe there also has good coffee and food. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an excellent coat closet. The bathroom is one of the best-equipped we have seen. It has a fully-equipped Toto bidet (automatic opening lid, washing, drying, warming), a convenient hair-dryer outlet inside the drawer, a nice tub and shower. We had the twin room (which was really full-size beds) that was plenty of room for us and our son. Each bed already came with 4 pillows each. All the hotel staff demonstrated excellent service. Especially Lucia Shang at the front desk reception. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions (in English). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location and well-equipped facilities.

It was a good impression the moment my parents and I arrived at the hotel with the butler meeting us and assisting to the check in. Afterwhich bringing us to the room and introducing everything about the room and adding wechat so whenever we have any issues 24hrs they will be able to assist. Room is abit aged but was maintained quite well.. recommended.

This is hands-down the best hotel that I have stayed in during my Sichuan trip. I have stayed in a total of 5 different hotels during my trip and this is the best of all as per my daughter's opinion too. The hot bath provided a much needed rest and relax leisure for the family and the room is extremely well maintained and cozy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely only book this hotel if I comes back to Chengdu again. 5-stars!
