I chose Mingyu Shangya again. The hotel is still first-rate. I sent a message to the housekeeper Xiao Li in advance, and he helped me arrange the room and gave me a welcome fruit. The service was warm and professional. He also helped me to check out late. I stayed in a river view room, which was quite large and close to the river. The view was beautiful. The hotel also offers free parking. It is worth recommending [strong]. I will choose Mingyu again next time.

The hotel is very unique. The red lanterns on the exterior can be seen from a distance. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly. The room is large and the bed is spacious, with phalaenopsis blooming and drinks flowing freely. The breakfast is rich and includes cheese, which many hotels don't have. The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

The hotel is indeed a bit old, but the price is the best. It has everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. The front desk also selected a floor even if the room was not tight. There is also a small gift pack of toiletries and snacks for children when they check in. The children are very happy! However, when I checked out, I was told that there were no more pandas and the activity was over. The children were a little disappointed. They wanted to stay here just because they wanted to send flowers! 😂However, the staff still gave me a panda keychain, which is very adaptable! The kids are happy too!

I was surprised when arrived cause many comments mentioned that was not a 5 star hotel . Welcome gift at the reception and also English speaking staff . Rooms were old style but very comfortable with all the 5star amenities. Gym and swimming pool are great !!! Only negative was that on breakfast you couldn’t choose type of eggs … I will come again for sure

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

Staying at this hotel for the second time, I walked into the hotel lobby and found that a tea room has been added. I asked the young lady at the front desk when I checked in, and learned that I can drink tea on the fourth floor, as well as private dishes. I couldn't restrain my curiosity, put down my luggage and visited the fourth floor. From the decoration, I can understand the boss's intentions. I also drank the tangerine peel and old life eyebrows cooked by the young lady of the tea master. It was awesome! Be sure to come to experience the private kitchen on the fourth floor next time

This time a family of three visited Chengdu and stayed at the Generation Jinjiang International Hotel. The overall environment and service of the hotel are very good, especially the service is really considerate and satisfying. The room we stayed in on the first night was located on an elevated floor, so the noise was loud and affected our sleep. After feedback to the front desk, Manager Chen from the marketing department changed the room for us. We would like to thank Manager Chen for his dedicated service. I will still choose to stay here when I travel to Chengdu in the future, and will recommend it to my friends! Compared with hardware facilities, service is the soft power of a company. I wish the hotel a prosperous business! 🙂

In the compound of a unit, parking is convenient, the floor is not high, there is a small yard, and it is convenient for walking and making money; the room facilities are OK, but it is just because of the new decoration, it smells a bit decoration, I was a little bit reluctant to accept it at first, but I got used to it later. The first door of the building is convenient for smoking without disturbing my family. The surrounding residential buildings and my family said there was a bit of noise. The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from Jinli Old Street and Wuhou Shrine, and short car-rides from other great places in the city. Everything worked in the hotel room, but the WiFi wasn’t very good. It was pretty slow, at least my my room. When I checked in, I had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like stale cigarettes, but the second one wasn’t better at all. Still smelled like stale cigarettes the whole time I stayed (and this was a non-smoking room). The room needs to be deep-cleaned and probably re-painted to get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was included, and although they have a large selection of food, the food is basically what you would eat for lunch or dinner. It’s not really “breakfast” food. A few things are, like eggs.

Great location near Jinli. The room was clean and beautiful. I was able to leave luggage down stairs with the front desk. The front desk was very polite. The decoration for the room and hotel in general is great and has a traditional Chinese design. However, my room had a mosquito. Overall great hotel room, great value, and great location

Always an incredible stay! Kelly and the hotel staff are so friendly. They stored my luggage while I was away and helped me receive deliveries in advance. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. It was romantic and the couch gave a great atmosphere. The hotel service is very attentive - all my needs were met. Breakfast buffet is delicious, gym/sauna amenities are clean. If you come to Chengdu, I highly recommend staying at Somerset! I will be back soon.

The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was as pictured. When I asked about breakfast, which is included, time and location I was given a can of something, a box of soy milk and 2 bread sticks, this was disappointing. There’s a lot of construction and I didn’t find any suitable restaurants to eat dinner or breakfast nearby. I wouldn’t recommend for this location.

The hotel is very good. They provide late night snacks and afternoon tea. The dandan noodles are really delicious. This is the first time I have stayed in many hotels. The hotel offers late night snacks for free. The lady at the front desk also quickly dealt with the feedback. The hotel also provides them due to construction outside. I think earplugs can do this very well. Seeing as I live alone, I got a room upgrade for free. Bashu special late night snack: good Buffet afternoon tea for two: nice environment

This hotel is in a great location. Great variety of breakfast options. Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with generous snacks provided daily during our stay. Clean bathroom and amenities which includes a small item washing machine. Would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling in Chengdu. p.s. love the panda channel on the tv!

I recently stayed at the Humanities Hotel for a while last night and it was really great! The traffic is very convenient, and there are a lot of food around, very fireworks. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, the bed was clean and tidy, and the aunt would clean it in time every day. Xiao Peng at the front desk of the hotel is also very good, very friendly and welcoming. No matter what I need, she will try her best to meet my requirements. Did you find the treasure? I thought it was very crowded. In fact, the living room and balcony were super large. The cleaning was in place. The sofa bed was put down and the big bed in the bedroom was no problem for four people. It was a bargain to rent such a spacious homestay at this price near the scenic spot!
