Amazing Courtyard hotel in the middle of a Upper class area, the friendly greeting and help was amazing and able to speak English was a plus, we were made to feel very special and the food was amazing. Booked this hotel for a family trip of three. It is well-located and close to restaurants and a walking alley filled with coffee and fruit shops. The double twin bedroom was big enough for the three of us and the breakfast was really delicious. A spread for all pallets. The environment is quiet tranquil and the receptionist are helpful. Only suggestion would to get the hotel to register another name either in English or pinyin for Didi. That was the only struggle.

I had a great time in Chengdu, and that was partly due to this hotel. Checking was smooth and I like that it's from 12:00 instead of the usual 14:00 around the world. There's drinks/tea in the lobby that is nicely decorated. There are seats outside to hang out if you want to. The room looks just like the pictures, and has everything you'd need; it's well stocked with snacks, coffee, tea and water. I had a room facing the street and it's nice and quiet during the evening. It's located in a local area, and there's a convenience store next door, and there are a few restaurants, shops and coffee places within walking distance. It's kind of in the middle between two metro stations, both are close enough to walk and it's easy to find. What made it especially nice for me where the little details, such as a lovely written note by the housekeeping staff adding some tips for the stay, or that the staff rushed over to help me setup the laundry machine and they even brought my self-service laundry to the room after the dryer was finished, so I could carry on with my day and not wait for it, so nice! I'd recommend this hotel if you're staying in Chengdu, and would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

The location is very good, just outside Exit D of Qingyang Palace Station. You can directly enter Qingyang Palace through the back door. We originally booked a bamboo repair room, but we were upgraded and provided with breakfast. Breakfast is small and has everything you need, and the dandan noodles are delicious Afternoon tea is provided for free every day, as well as good night sweet soup The butler service is very, very, very attentive, polite and considerate, and full of sincerity. There is also laundry and drying service, delivered to the room The environment is very comfortable and clean. The courtyard is in Chinese style and has a lot of resting space. The room is newly renovated and clean, with high-end design and comfortable mattress. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chengdu
