I was in a bind when family rescheduled to come into town last minute. I needed to find a hotel near my house that could accommodate my Uncle and Aunt in one room and a separate room for my Grandmother, that evening. I called Spring Hill Suites by Marriot in Prince Frederick and the lady I spoke with on the phone was absolutely incredible. She was able to find me two rooms, one king and one with double beds. She assured me if another king room became available she would reach out. I honestly was just happy that I found rooms for them and was so happy. She actually called me back that afternoon to let me know she was able to get me another king room. I asked her if I would be able to come in early and decorate the room for my Aunt’s birthday and grab keys for them, so they wouldn’t have to deal with the check in later. She didn’t hesitate and told me to come in around two and hopefully both rooms would be ready. Upon arrival I met with the same lady I had spoken with (I cannot remember her name, even though she told me and had a name tag on), however, she was speedy checking me in and also let me know she was able to get adjoining rooms and put goody bags in each room and a happy birthday note for my Aunt. I travel for work often and this was an above and beyond accommodation! This lady did everything she could to make everything perfect and that it was. The hotel was extremely clean and my family had a wonderful night stay. I will forever recommend this hotel! Service was amazing, rooms were spick and span, and the vibe was refreshing. Thanks again to your front desk lady that helped me last Saturday, she is simply amazing!

I stayed here with my mother and sister over Mother's Day weekend, as we live about an hour away and wanted to visit the area overnight. The inn, really, a motel, is only good for quick stays and low expectations. The water is probably well-water so it smelled disgusting and was extremely unpleasant. The sink clogged up a little and the toilet didn't flush easily. We asked for more towels and were given a dirty one. A/C went out in the middle of the night. There were also some inconsiderate guests outside of the room around 3am conversing loudly. However the pros- comfortable beds, large fridge in the room, good location (grocery and coffee walkable). I think it's very bold of the Inn to charge what they do for all of the plumbing concerns. I have stayed in finer establishments for less. I think next time, I'll try camping.

Perfect location in Downtown Annapolis We were here for a show at Maryland Hall and it was a short walk. Also conveniently located to Rams Head on Stage in the other direction. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We were in a room on the fourth floor. Room was clean and nicely decorated. No complaints! If you stay--be sure to check out the restaurant here and also go brunch or breakfast at Shirleys!

I have so many great things to say about the service I received at this hotel. It was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated and they are very spacious. It had that newly carpet smell. The foyer of the hotel was really nice. My husband and I had the chance to watch the Super Bowl in our on little cubicle and we were assisted with fabulous drinks 🍹 from the bar from Taylor and Pam. I wanted Baylis with my coffee and Taylor NAILED it. When I first checked in, Rochelle was very kind and approachable. She made sure that I had extra towels and feather free pillows. Basically, she matched our energy. We laughed and joked until I knew that this was the place for the next 7 days. The gym was very clean and they had new machinery. I usually don’t use the hotel gym but it had everything I needed along with the cleanliness. My husband had a lot to say about the staff as well. He enjoyed conversing every morning with the cook Diana. He said her burritos were to live for. He was excited every morning to eat his freshly made breakfast. If you were thinking about staying here, think no longer! It’s the place to stay in Annapolis. Oh, last but not least when I was checking out I met the GM and it was indicative that The Apple 🍎 don’t fall far from the tree!” Her staff was marvelous due to them having a great leader. A beautiful little inn on the shores of the river, we found this hotel comfortable, clean and the king bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff is simply amazing, they are friendly, cordial and go way above and beyond to make sure your requirements are attended to. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Special thanks to them for helping my husband navigate his way around an unfamiliar area while I sat with my mom at the local hospital. This is now my go to place whenever I have to be in the Southern Maryland area for any reason.
