房間衞生很差，門後，床邊都有明顯積灰，房間裏還有蟑螂，洗漱杯里面有不明毛髮，房間廁所沒有鎖，與老闆溝通換房，答覆是無法解決任何問題，不住可以走，不退房錢

在老舊小區裏面，室內還不錯，挺乾淨的，距離觀音橋打車十幾塊錢的車程，門口有公交車站可以坐到鵝嶺，適合來旅遊住

環境臟亂差，客房分佈及其分散，入住的時候被子有一股非常重的腳臭味，其實整個房間都有一股味道，晚上弄了口罩戴着很晚才睡着，真的噁心到了。
