After pointing out the relevant problems, the hotel staff proposed measures such as service upgrades. After checking in for the second time with a try-it mentality, the promised service was not implemented, resulting in disappoin**ent and early departure before the subsequent room was fully occupied. I probably won't go there for the third time.
