和朋友一起過來遊玩的，去年新開業的酒店，裏面的設備都還是挺新的，一樓三樓都有公共平台，可以拍照，喝茶

説實話辦理入住當天非常不開心不愉快，前台一問三不知，就連最基本的酒店附近有沒有超市都可以和我不知道。問些景點更是脱口而出“這個不在我的工作範圍內”，這些我都忍了。然後辦理入住，首頁把我和另一個客人混在一起一定要2個不認識的訂單住一起？最離譜的收費，我入住2天，前台衹收了我一天的費用，如果不是我主動詢問，我很好奇這個費用是不是這位前台自己承擔呢？
不愉快的點是因為這位前台用一種理直氣壯的態度和顧客説這個，真的很不爽！沒有一句不好意思，沒有一句對不起，沒有一句抱歉。除此之外其餘工作人員都很好。

端午節提前一天出遊就是為了避開端午節的高峯期，酒店環境很好，在大堂裏就能看到湖景，拍照也是很美。來到酒店禮賓很熱情的幫助我拎行李，帶我去前台辦理登記然後帶到房間裏，全程都是微笑。預訂的房間也和圖片一樣，房間裏的物品也是一樣的。這點不用擔心。酒店有自帶的泳池，炎炎夏日遊個泳很舒服，酒店給我的整體感覺就是非常好！

酒店端午有小朋友喜歡的節目，看來酒店對於節假日也是很注重的。酒店整體服務非常好，小朋友玩的過程中也很細心的幫助，雖然寫了遊戲規則，但是工作人員都不太會去計較，她們説因為是遊戲所以有遊戲規則但是開心最重要，小朋友人人都有小禮物，非常棒。下次還要再來住宿
