We arrived around 11pm. There was only one little girl at the front desk. She was almost unprofessional! She spoke in a lukewarm manner..
The room was quite big and upgraded ❤️
But! The breakfast was really... It dragged down the overall impression of your hotel😓 My husband and I went to the restaurant at almost 8pm. The staff were still chatting with each other... There were also staff members choosing food by themselves. This was the first time I saw this.
And a lot of food was just a little bit put there. I guess we went too early and they had to wait until there were more people to put it there.
Hehe, it was ridiculous!
Almost everything that could be taken was taken, except for desserts. For a global chain, this breakfast configuration is simply pitiful, with very few types.

This is the first time I have seen such a hotel without air conditioning. I opened four rooms and specifically requested that the elderly and children be arranged on the same floor, but the air conditioning was not turned on. It was so hot that I was dying. The first time I called, they said the air conditioning was repaired. The second time I called, they said the air conditioning was not turned on. I have never heard of a hotel without air conditioning.

I never give bad reviews, as long as it's acceptable, but I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. Although the hotel gave me a free upgrade, I still gave up. The headboard is made of fabric, with a thick layer of dust. The room is also very old and has a bit of a smell. I wanted to open the window for ventilation, but the curtains couldn't be opened, just like the window was not open. The bed made a creaking sound when I turned over in sleep, which was too uncomfortable.
