五六年前住過的酒店，現在實在是設施有些陳舊了，房間裏有很重的異味，靠再多的空氣清潔劑也無濟於事。攜程網的客人安排的房間一般都是有各種瑕疵的，比如有很明顯的風機噪聲。衹能要求更換。幸虧客人少房間很空。

酒店獨立的院子，酒店自己的停車場，房間贈送的小禮物和水果，餐廳的豆沫好好吃。整個入住過程感覺貼心。

磁州御景樓賓館雖然相對比較老，但側重了人文服務的理念。入住時為入住客人送了伴手禮，房間內不僅有免費的瓶裝水還有免費的飲料。入住後，還送來了水果、小食品和卡通鑰匙環，瞬時拉進了酒店和客人之間的情感。酒店客房是老式裝修設施相對老舊，但並不影響入住的心情，房間足夠大且乾淨衞生。但酒店附近的KTV實在是影響客人休息，凌晨12點多了仍在唱歌，另外前台服務人員的熱情服務理念和親和力有待於進一步提高。酒店門前有停車位，不遠處還有個相對較大的超市。
特別引人注目的是：酒店一樓有磁州宴發源地的餐廳，客人在這裏可以點自己喜歡的菜餚，特別要提出表揚的是，磁州宴餐廳的服務人員未女士，招待客人就像對待家人一樣和藹可親，認真而又理性的幫助客人點餐，使每位客人都在這裏過度過了一個愉快的用餐時間，為酒店能培養出這樣的服務人員點贊👍。

補充一下酒店正餐：
餐廳菜單房間就能看到了，看網評還可以，就在酒店吃了晚餐。4大2小花了400不到，但是沒想到菜量巨大，點的太多了，其實人均五六十就能吃飽吃好，性價比很高。圖6和8都比較有特色，別的地方沒見過，口味不錯。
剩的太多打包，免費的打包盒很好用，第二天早上請餐廳加熱接着吃了，正好補充早餐的缺肉問題……

本次住店最大的感受是小歡喜連連，前台服務人員語言表達行為舉止非常專業！對我們提出的問題及訴求，及時周到的圓滿的予以迴應解決！感覺讓人非常舒服親切！本來駕車風塵僕僕有些疲憊，但是到了大廳負責前台接待的小姐姐熱情洋溢滿面春風，嚼着她遞過來的兩袋小吃，甜甜美美，一下子心情愉悦有了賓至如歸的感覺！房間整潔乾淨，桌子上有“敬贈”的水及飲料！進門看見床上服務員精心折疊的小象～非常大氣有品！這個價出乎意料的感覺住進了五星級酒店！所以回來一個多星期了，還是必須要給這個良心酒店個好評！！！

性價比高，房間挺大，挺乾淨，硬件設施有點舊但是不耽誤使用。每天都送倆樣水果，入住還送小零食，礦泉水還有温的，很貼心。樓下餐廳的飯食味道也可以，去磁縣推薦這家

從濮陽出發到臨漳縣遊銅雀三台遺址公園和臨漳博物館，磁縣中國磁州窯博物館，臨時決定住磁縣，優選了這家賓館，房間挺好，停車方便，早餐豐盛，性價比較高，還送了水果，鑰匙鏈，值得推薦。
