Clean, complete facilities, good service, very convenient for going out, similar to the 7 Days Inn in China, in the center of Preston, very convenient transportation, a satisfactory stay experience

Easy check in, unusual entrance location, but great place, clean & very friendly & helpful staff. Katie was brilliant and Ismaal seems to work 24/7, brekkie was tasty and hot. Evening meal, excellent except the steak, not rare at all but the calamari - amazing We look forward to day 2

Arrived later in the evening, unfortunately we had to have our bedding changed which was not great but was sorted straight away, we had an evening meal which had to be sent back to be adjusted & again was sorted out with no issues. On the kids menu there was no foods my daughter could eat ( food allergies) so they arranged an something for her at no extra cost. In the morning we where greeted by phoenix who was impeccable and extremely attentive she is a god send and should receive recognition from the management team. Although all staff members where wonderful, this young lady went above and beyond.

Literally the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. We have stayed in lots of places and havnt come across such genuinely nice people. So nice with our 2 little girls, passing them treats and engaging with them. Ismail and phonix were so friendly to everyone at breakfast, so welcoming and helpful. Made our stay so nice. Patrick the maintenance guy was also so friendly with my children and a really nice guy to talk to. Seems like this hotel has a great bunch of staff that really work hard to make everyone’s stay a good one. Amazing value for money and we will be coming back.

Unfortunately this was very likely my final trip to Preston. I've stayed in This premier inn several times in the past year and I have to yell from the roof tops how amazing the team lead by Shannon has been every time. I love the food prepared by chef Scott who remembers how exactly I like it and never fails to disappoint. The rooms are always clean and comfortable my compliments to the house keepers. I wish the very best for you all.

Hotel close to train station about 10mins walk. Quite an older hotel as no usb sockets in rooms or many sockets in general. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was the doors been slammed at all hours of the night waking us all up. The corridor door was right outside our room 524 and it was been slammed all the time. It needs a sign on it or something attaching to it so doesn’t slam.

We were stranded in Preston due to train trouble. The Premiere Inn is close to the station so we booked a room. In the morning there was a lot of uncertainty as to whether the trains were running or not. Sue and Ismail were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Said not to hesitate to come back if our train was not running and make use of the room until noon - which we did. In a stressful situation they went out of their way to do all they could. Great staff - made all the difference.
