"I chose Four Seasons in Koh Samui without any hesitation. It was a perfect experience. The hotel buggy is always on call and will clean the room day and night to keep it clean and tidy. The scenery of the private swimming pool is also very beautiful, and the hotel gym is also well-equipped. The most satisfying thing is probably the breakfast. There are both a la carte and buffet options. It tastes good and has many styles. The scenery is also very beautiful. It can be said to be one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had."

"A long-standing 5-star hotel, very Thai, the hotel lobby and rooms are very Thai-style. Although the hotel has been around for 20 years, the facilities are well maintained. The hotel front desk even upgraded my room. The service is polite and smiling, very enthusiastic! The hotel also has a very famous spa. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Koh Samui!"

"The hotel's external environment is very good, not crowded, and the beach is finer and wider than other neighboring hotels. The room has good privacy, and the pool room was upgraded for free. It is clean and tidy. There will be staff to light aromatherapy and mosquito coils. The room is very fragrant, and there are not many mosquitoes at the door. All toiletries are from Panpuri. Several restaurants feel pretty good, and the breakfast variety and taste are OK. The Western food at the beach bar and the Thai food at sala tai are both very fragrant. Although the price is much more expensive than that of restaurants outside, it is only more than 200 per person. The in Villa BBQ reserved tastes good and the quantity is sufficient. The hotel service is the best. You can make reservations for various activities and meals by calling or using the APP, and the response is very quick. The staff will take the initiative to say hello and are very enthusiastic, just like the service of the Maldives Island Resort Hotel. The staff will give mosquito coils and indoor aromatherapy, clean the swimming pool, and send Spring Festival cards."

"The place was super nice, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The location is pretty far from the centre but if you want some quiet it’s perfect. The breakfast was included and had a pretty nice variety and bunch of western cheeses which I ate up like a vacuum cleaner. However I ended up finding a cockroach in the tissue box in the bathroom as well as inside of the cupboards in a cup which scared me real bad, but I guess this is normal due to the Thai climate. I told the staff about it and they came and sprayed repellent all over the room."

"We had an overall great experience at this resort. Perhaps it has been a while since the room is occupied so quite a number of mosquitoes were in the room. Thanks to the very efficient staff, they managed it and we don’t have the problem for as long as we stayed in. Then it is the wifi. The staff actually put the router into the room on the second day. Again, problem solved. Great view with the beach over breakfast. Great pool. Comfy bed and pillows. Scooter rental service - perhaps we have paid a bit more than outside but then the quality of the scooter is very good as it is brand new. Thanks to the staff. All of the smiley faces go to the staff."

"Quite an old hotel, the photos correspond to a decade ago. Perhaps at that time it was popular and the price/quality ratio was good. But now it is very outdated. There was a web in the room, as well as many elements of furniture damaged by humidity. Air conditioners are old. the view is stunning. The staff are friendly. Very quiet and secluded hotel."

"The hotel is very quite. I’m feel private Because near the forest, there are a lot of mosquitoes. We have to bring our own mosquito repellent balm and ointment. I went to buy it at convenience store because I got the brand that I use regularly. The room is a single unit, quiet and peaceful, but the room looks a bit old. The good thing is that you are in the middle of nature, very quiet. The sea and beach view are good."
