The complimentary breakfast was delicious, particularly the made to order omelets! The staff was courteous and friendly. It is a great location right in the heart of Buckhead. My only issue was relative to cleanliness. We had a suite with a sofa bed. Upon pulling out the mattress from the sofa bed, I found popcorn kernels on it. I could also see crumbs on the floor underneath it.
I was charged for extra $130 for no reason, I didn’t purchase or damage anything in the hotel. I kept contacting the hotel for almost 2months and none of them told me why I was charged.
I loved stayed there. So chick, amazing atmosphere.. I love the bar and the interior. Stuff is very attentive to anything you want it. I highly recommend

The hotel is very nice. The opportunity was upon checking in at the hotel at between 8:30pm - 9:30pm the female was not friendly at all. She was very abrupt in speaking. As a Platinum Elite when I asked about points she told me that I would not get points for my stay.
Also, at approximately 4am in the morning, someone was trying to get Into our room, when my boyfriend went to the door to tell the female who appeared to be drunk she just keep insisting for him to open the door. I called down to the Front Desk to let them know and whoever it was that worked that shift came upstairs to get that person.
I am a Corporate person who travels 99% for my job and Marriott hotels are our company Preferred hotel. As I stated the rooms are very nice inside, I now will have to travel to Atlanta now for business due to it now being my territory, but I am reluctant in choosing this hotel due to the check-in experience. But, I can say that my check-out experience was much better from your front desk guy this morning.
Overall, the stay was good. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and allowed early check-in for luggage storage. The room was spacious, the air conditioning/ shower system worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast bread was delicious.
The only issue was finding garbage from the previous guest in the bathroom cupboard, which was quite shocking to discover, and the body wash was empty.
This hotel was booked to vibe for the new year. Great views. I loved every experience of it. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Smelled good. Nice ambience. I’d come back. The only thing i wish we didn’t have to go through was the spiral parking. Be safe and cautious. Literally 5mph. The breakfast was pretty good. No meat was available. You would have to go to the kitchen downstairs I was told. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel is right next to CNN. Elevator down to B1, you can go up the stairs to the CNN building, you can participate in the CNN tour, there are some fast food and drink options, there is Starbucks, and a Chinese food. The hotel is only three minutes away from the Olympic Park, and the Coca-Cola Center, the aquarium, etc. across the park are very convenient. But there is no food supermarket or convenience store around the hotel, which is not ideal.
This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

Excellent
GGuest UserOur stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the highway but there is a great neighborhood with the MLK center and good cafes on the other side of I-75. This is within walking distance on a good day) Parking is a bit of a hassle and will add on $35-55/day unless you plan out a place to keep your vehicle on the street. Rooms were clean and, coming from aomeone who is sensitive to noise, the sound of the highway thankfully isn’t as bad as some reviews claim. The hotel’s staff and management are kind and professional, the gym is great, and there are many nice spots on each floor to sit and relax. I would recommend booking at the rate we saw on Trip.com (cheaper than other sites offered)
AAnonymous UserJust opposite the aquarium
3-4 minutes walk from World of Coca-Cola
It's also very close to the conference center for meetings.
You can also order a lot when ordering takeout
perfect location
Convenient
The hotel breakfast is also good
If you feel hungry in the middle of the night, you can buy snacks from the store on the first floor.
Even mineral water has to be charged.
No slippers, please bring your own
The coffee machine in the room was used
The boiled water also contains some uncleaned coffee powder.
Bad review on this point
GGuest UserVery nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. *****s letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.
MMscaicaiThe door of the room was broken, but the hygiene was OK. You need to ask the front desk for a meal ticket for the free breakfast.
Due to the cancellation of the flight and the lack of finding the hotel in the middle of the night, I spent the night in the lobby of another hotel and booked this hotel through Ctrip the next day. Ctrip is awesome, and the customer service staff helped solve many problems. Thank you very much.
AAnonymous UserHotel location is good, on the edge of the university, there is a supermarket restaurant nearby. The hotel is many kilometers from Atlanta Airport
The room is large, the health is OK, the equipment is too old.
The bathroom bath and shampoo could not be squeezed out, reflecting that the bath liquid was changed twice.
The room was cleaned after the initiative was requested, and the second day of the application was
GGuest UserThe quality of the black waiter at the front desk of the hotel was poor. The elevator was broken and did not tell us. It made us wait for a long time and ran to complain. She said it was broken and waited for someone to repair it. I told her to have two adjacent rooms, but she gave one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so I have to carry my luggage up.
GGloria1103The waiters were very friendly. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. Walking forward, there is a Chinese restaurant, shopping mall, and subway station. It is convenient for eating and transportation. The breakfast was rich and the room was spacious. High cost performance
GGuest UserThe room is very nice, quiet and hygienic, the breakfast is also great, the transportation is convenient, and the service is considerate. It is the first choice for home travel and business trips. I will recommend this hotel and consider it next time.
