Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

Very clean hotel with good quality food. Very helpful and nice staff. The wonderful animation team will make our holiday time very pleasant with various games, great shows every evening - they do a very good job! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing staff. Expecially the entertainment team. Merry and ninja Always happy and welcoming. Food Amazing. Pool Is beautiful. Absolute 5stars well deserved. Night entertainment great atmosphere. We will return with family in the near future.

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. Overall we had a great time.

My first time visiting this hotel, i loved everything about it all the staff are so friendly, Rooms are cleaned everyday and the food and drinks are amazing! they also have there own section of the beach where they serve lunch and drinks, i will definitely be back!

This hotels reviews spoke facts! The friendliness of everyone that works there is unmatched, always going above and beyond for you. They have constant entertainment with the animation team so you’re never bored. The buffet restaurant is plentiful with so many different choices. Fresh omelettes made daily to your choice. They have themed nights such a “Asian food” consisting of sushi / noodles and of course Turkish night! The rooms are cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and bed making. It was my mums birthday and they left a birthday cake and a bottle of wine to celebrate. They have a spa on site, which we highly recommend the Turkish bath! They have private rooms and also joint rooms if you’d like to do it with friends. Felt as fresh as a daisy after. Overall our experience was really good, and we would definitely recommend.

I want to thanks my parents for the holiday, was a great surprise to bring me to terrace elite , good room we had (1313) with my small brother he talked a lot about mini disco and activities children’s Thank all the animation team ( big respect ) 🫡 The food is always tasty and we are always hungry 🤤 also we can not forget the sweet corner next to the shops everything so yummmy The bar is perfect just we don’t want to wait for five or seven minutes to get our cocktails but the guys they did a good job My mom she is so happy for the spa and massages Rebecca almost she lives in the massages room 🤣 See you next year

Terrace hotel is the place to be! from start to finish the resort was fantastic. The hotel itself is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I also cannot praise the staff enough, they are all so friendly and talkative, they make you feel so welcome! From the entertainers, to the restaurant staff, they could not be more helpful. I will definitely be back with more friends and family to enjoy!

The room is lovely and very clean! The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly always smiling, we can not write a review without talking about the amazing animation team so friendly so kind , different activities during the day , the shows evening just amazing and unforgettable, there is a lot of different varieties of food so delicious. we came for our birthday and they made it very special! we are coming back as soon as possible ♥️

The hotel is very nice 10/1. I enjoyed the stay. Food is good 9/10. (Sometimes even 100/10). I wish the beach and pool bar snack time is different. I think it should be from 12:00-16:00, not like now 12:00-14:00. Beach bar is good, staff is very kind and helpful, reception is nice and professional, animation is very fun and kind, friendly and also profesionall. Specail thanks to them for making our stay fun and eventful. Everything is clean, and tidy. Rooms especially are very big and our balcony is huge. We even get room service as a present from the hotel for staying there. They organize cockatil evnings with invistions. location is 10/10. Bus station is close to the hotel and cheap to go to the city. There is supermarket 600m away, if you need anything.
