For a Hampton Inn, we were disappointed. We had to call the front desk after getting to our room to have someone come clesn the toilet. There was pee dried on the toilet see and poo in the toilet. Room really wasnt that clean and room wasnt worth the more expensive price. I wouldnt go back to this location

Our room was on the fourth floor.. very noisy at night & early morning. Doors slamming and kids running up & down the hallway. Would have given higher star ratings if our stay was more quiet

The heating unit in the room was extremely loud and they said there is no other room available! The reception had only one person and as a result there were lines in front of it! The blanket on the bed was thin and inadequate and there was no extra blankets! Not up to Hilton standards!

Staff was very nice and friendly , prompt to respond for requests. Breakfast area was very neat and tidy. Quiet hotel for sleeping.
Eating area floor was dirty.
No water available in the gym.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Bathrooms needed more cleaning.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the fresh Belgium waffles. However, the hotel itself is dirty and dingy. The saltwater pool is nice but the pool area was dirty. We were also up all night due to very loud people beside us and above us. The walls are too thin.
