I had a wonderful stay at this B & B. The owner “Lucio” was very welcoming and caring, but most importantly professional. From the check in to the break fast, he personally took care of the guests. The cleanness of the room and the facilities was impeccable. I had the room with the view of the mountains and the hills of Conegliano with the castello on top. The B&B was just 3 minutes away by foot from the train station, so it was a perfect for me. Great stay and highly recommend.

È un b&b fantastico silenzioso le camere sono bellissime, il materasso morbidissimo i cuscini anche, il b&b per la colazione è attrezzato anche per le persone con le allergie (glutine,lattosio). Il bagno è privato, pulito e profumato. Tutte le mattine viene fatta la camera.

soggiornato più volte per lavoro al B&B Delle Rose e ho sempre apprezzato l'ambiente familiare e discreto al contempo.L'host, il signor Lucio e la moglie Rossana sono persone disponibili ,attenti alle richieste e esigenze del cliente.La stanza era graziosa nell'arredo e ben riscaldata ,pulita e provvista di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole .Soddisfatta della colazione abbondante e varia di cui ho apprezzato tantissimo la torta alle mandorle e carote della signora Rossana e il cappuccino super; il bagno è curato e pulito.Il punto di forza di questo B&B ubicato al centro è la vicinanza alla stazione distante circa 3 minuti a piedi. Giusto rapporto di qualità/prezzo.Lo consiglio vivamente . Grazie

O dono é um senhor muito simpático e prestativo. O Café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso. O quarto é confortável, mas poderia ser mais ququente. O banheiro é bem limpo e espaçoso, mas um pouco frio também. É bem próximo a estação de trem, o que é ótimo. Existem várias lojas e serviços próximos.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel scorsa settimana e già vorrei ritornare. Accoglienza, pulizia eccellente. Ambiente molto confortevole, i proprietari ( marito e moglie) di una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Colazione abbondante con tanto di dolci fatti in casa.

Piccola e semplice struttura in centro a Conegliano, a un passo dal centro storico e dalla stazione ferroviaria, quindi di estrema comodità e praticità. Le stanze sono curate e confortevoli, considerando l'età dell'edificio. Noi avevamo il bagno esterno, ma riservato, mentre le altre due camere avevano un bagno, sempre esterno, in comune, per cui sarebbe opportuno organizzarsi magari in famiglia o in due coppie. Unico neo: il B&B si trova al terzo piano, quindi gambe buone e poco bagaglio al seguito ! La prima colazione è varia, gustosa ed abbondante, preparata al momento dal gestore/proprietario. Questi si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile e gestisce la struttura assieme alla moglie. Ci torneremo sicuramente !
