Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. Great location across the road from Train station and Tivoli gardens. Nice light room looking over to Tivoli with a great view of the firework display on Saturday night. Comfortable beds and good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kurt the concierge who took time to tell us about places to visit, marking them out on a handy street map for us.

The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

A little more attention to room cleanliness will be good, and making drinking water available after room service shouldn’t be on-demand. It’s drinking water, that which is a necessary for all guests. Scandic Copenhagen is certainly at the top of the quality you can expect from a hotel. If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

A very aesthetically pleasing hotel with lots of pictures, sculpture and fun exhibits and lights. Huge venue with several bars and restaurants - the ones we tried were very good. Great service from lots of staff. Big room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the toiletries in the bathroom were not filled up. The gym and pool area are very well Equipped although I didn’t like the fact the gym was on a glass corridor where people walk past with their bags etc.

Another thing I have to mention is that the bathroom door simply won't stay open and keeps shutting automatically, which is absolutely dreadful. The shower door is broken. The slope on the fourth floor, the room is very small, the bed is very small, there is a kettle, coffee and premium drinks, no bathtub, dry and wet separated by a curtain, shower water is very small, no hotel breakfast The appearance of the hotel is still very nice, the lobby is ok, the front desk English is good, the attitude is good, the credit card guarantees, the check-out is very fast, I asked if I had any consumption without checking the room, I stayed for two nights, not cheap, but quite satisfied

You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!

I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information. Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed. Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile. Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.

The standard double room booked is upgraded to a comfortable double room for free, the room is large and the sanitary conditions are good Maybe because the room is in the top corner, the wifi signal is not very good. After reporting to the waiter, I have been actively solving and asking for feedback, and are willing to change the room for us. Although they have tried hard, the signal is still not good, but they can accept it. , Praise their service attitude. Breakfast is delivered to the door of the room, and a newspaper is also provided, which is very considerate, and the breakfast will change a little every day.
