Small Alpine hotel accessible only by Tram was a 2 night stop on our recent Italian alps hiking trip. Rooms are all very different- request a balcony if you can. Hotel was great to let us check in early and very accomadating in letting our large group enjoy ourselves on the large deck. Hotel staff were amazing at dealing with a situations that arose while we were at the hotel out of our control and went above and beyond to help us . Village is adorable .

Penase di trovare un albergo ristorante di questo livello non è facile, non è economico ma la tipologia del menù ne vale la pena, servizio veloce e giovanile con un buon maitre consigliato a tutti in u a vacanza a chamois, top i dolci veramente di un altro livello

Salite con la funivia e siete in Paradiso. Essere a Chamois vuol dire vivere senza automobili, moto e la frenesia della vita moderna. Poi, ecco l'Hotel che vi accoglie con le sue belle e spaziose stanze, con la sua ottima cucina, con la gentilezza e disponibilità dei suoi dipendenti con la sua Spa con una vista impagabile e capirete che la vita non è fatta soltanto di telefonini, pc ma di altre cose. Il personale è molto giovane, e a volte ci sono errori di "gioventù", chiedi un caffè lungo ed arriva ristretto, o qualche imprecisione sul servizio a tavola, ma niente di importante. Godetevi il soggiorno è da provare assolutamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Animali ammessi

Abbiamo vissuto due situazioni completamente differenti, una in cui vi erano diversi clienti (sabato) ed una con meno clienti date le partenze del weekend (domenica). Nel primo scenario, il livello del servizio è inaccettabile per un hotel 4 stelle. Nel secondo, accettabile. Caso esemplificativo, la richiesta di un secondo cuscino. Alla sera tardi del sabato, infattibile per presenza introvabile del personale. Chiesto la mattina della domenica, la risposta è stata "con la pulizia delle camere provvederemo". La sera, non si era provveduto. Cui è seguito un sollecito. Non mi dilungo sugli altri esempi che potremmo fare, ma vengo al dunque: FORMAZIONE. L'inverno scorso, alla reception non sapevano dove fosse il deposito sci in quanto mai stati! Per cui non è un problema di "nuova apertura" dopo la pausa primaverile, ma di formazione del personale (che sembra ce la metta tutta). Migliorabile. Perchè è un peccato non avere il giusto bilanciamento tra costo e servizio.

Soggiorno nel borgo di Chamois. Abbiamo alloggiato presso il Maison Cly e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camera tipica, calda e accogliente. Colazione ottima e anche la cena al ristorante è stata buona. Personale gentile e cordiale. Plus: la nevicata del ponte dell Immacolata ha reso tutto molto magico :)

Sono tornato al Maison Cly a distanza di tre anni. Una perla costruita a Chamoís, l'unico paese italiano raggiungibile solo tramite funivia. Sono passati tre anni ma sono entrato nuovamente al Maison Cly e mi sono sentito a casa. Personale super disponibile e gentile, camere accoglienti, pulite ed ordinate, la spa é una chicca con l'essenziale per potersi rilassare da soli o in compagnia ed il ristorante sempre di altissimo livello. Vi consiglio, se vi capiterá di soggiornare al Maison Cly, di approfittare della mezza pensione e godervi un'ottima cena a base di prodotti locali, cucinati con cura ed un tocco di gourmet che non guasta mai! Ci sono tornato, ci tornerei e sicuramente ci torneró!

Posto meraviglioso, in un piccolo paese bomboniera, immerso nelle montagne. Stanze di charme e pulite. Ristorante eccellente e con personale gentile. Lo consiglio in particolare a chi cerca una vacanza romantica e lontano dagli stress.

Ho ripetuto l'esperienza dell'anno scorso, a dimostrazione che ero rimasto favorevolmente colpito dalla località e dal servizio dell'Hotel. Anche questa volta il mio giudizio è positivo. L'Hotel è in una posizione strategica. Ambienti molto curati, personale gentilissimo in particolare i ragazzi del ristorante. La SPA a disposizione degli ospiti è piccola ma confortevole. La cucina leggermente sotto il livello dello scorso anno.
