The best place we have stayed at on Tenerife, clean, amazing top level apartment, sea views, lovely pool, plenty of choice for breakfasts in attached bar/restaurant, reception staff were so helpful, got home and immediately booked up for next year

Fabulous room, very modern and well equipped. Rooms, pool area and pool bar immaculate. Staff friendly and polite. 5 stars to reception staff after an incident not at the complex where truly amazing.

This is the second time we've stayed here for us this is the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere I emailed in advance telling them of my mobility issues when I arrived I could get a lower floor apartment I was allocated a higher apartment for two days and moved to a lower one staff are fantastic will recommend to anybody coming to tenerife

Great Apartments in a great location. Only minutes from the Beach, Bars and Restaurants. Apartments are really nice and cleaners are in regularly. Beds are Comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and the showers are good. Kitchen facilities are adequate, but never use them. Too many Restaurants to savour. Swimming Pool area is clean and there are always plenty of sun beds and a decent Bar. The Reception Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Already booked again for April and September

We had a great week at parque de las Americas. All the staff from the reception, the maids that looked after our apartment. And the staff at the pool bar,were all very helpful and friendly. We traveled as a couple had a few days by ourselves before other family members arrived. And we all had a lovely week. Plenty of sun beds no need to run down to reserve any. Yes I would stay again

Beautiful place doesn’t look that impressive if I’m honest tucked behind the restaurant but was perfect. Lovely relaxing holiday, good spacious apartment with everything you need for a week self catering. Ask for a gate key so you can avoid steps they will happily provide. Apartment was cleaned 6 out of 7 days. Pool bar was reasonably priced & good service. All staff were polite. Excellent location for all bars & restaurants. Pick up from H10 hotel just across the road from apartment

Overall happy with our stay, if only this place had air con it would be almost perfect, staff very helpful and friendly , until the cleaners lifted something out or room and denied all knowledge, then staff changed a bit , then my daughter became very unwell and the receptionist was a great help with information about who to see and where to go etc, the s/c apartment had absolutely everything you would need for a s/c holiday and if it had air con I would defo go back as the location is perfect for everything . The pool was always very clean and not too busy so we had a nice time there too and the little pool bar was great for a little cocktail or beer . There is also quite a lot of stairs to the apartment we had so if you have mobility issues I would defo contact before trip if you can to try and arrange a lower apartment as there was a few there. I would have gave higher rating for sleep if it had air con as most nights the heat was unbearable

Hotel is perfectly located. Near to beach, shopping (Mercadona 15 min walk away) and restaurants. Very kind and helpful employees. Apartments are well equipped. We had apartment nr 39. Topp floor with sea view. We really enjoyed our one week stay. Siam park, surfing, beach life and good food and drink. A perfect holiday. Hope to be back. We warmly recommend this hotel!

Lovely clean hotel. We arrived yesterday. There is lots of steps to the room but advised there is an alternative route, it's OK for us now luggage in the rooms. Fab location central to everything. Booked breakfast only as like to eat out. Breakfast not served on site but next door at the brassiere. Good value and lots of choice. Would I book again. Absolutely.
