Firstly I’m curious to know how the stars are given to hotels in Lanzarote?? This states 4star, I’m trying to work out how??? This was a a late booking for us and the only time I didn’t check a trip advisor review on a hotel! I wish I had. I am far from a fussy traveler and have traveled a considerable amount !!!!!! Out door sauna (which is very cold!) - must be booked! Never a slot! It holds about 12 people but it has a rule of 2 at a time or a family unit??? So normally only 2 people in it! You have to hire your cups by the pool (to get your complimentary drink!)! Of course there should be no glass allowed but paying €1 for a plastics cup is unacceptable in an all inclusive 4star hotel! No food at the pool bar for a vegetarian! Only an apple (with insects climbing out of the one I picked up!). You pay €1 a day at reception to get a clean towel for the pool. I wouldn’t complain about this but you pay €10 deposit also on top that is refundable!! So, why not just charge the €1 with no extra deposit! An odd system… again I have never been charged to get pool towels in a 4star hotel. The safe in your room is not free, you must pay for this (€30) a week that is not refundable! I’ve never been charged for a safe anywhere I’ve stayed! Location: The area is approx 3km from the main *****, so if you are elderly or not so fit, it would not be ideal! Plus there is what looks like a housing estate next to the hotel that is very unpleasant to the eye that you pass every time you drive in! The local council should put up a nice fence!! Gym - must be booked!! Always full also. Rooms are spacious and clean but it’s just a pity that each morning we are normally woken up by drilling or hammering as assuming there are building works going on somewhere! The all inclusive food!! The pool bar is terrible, you stand in a queue for ages and the food is terrible! You have to buy Ice creams but where is a free frozen yogurt!! Chips and any of the food like nuggets are always cold too!! I’d describe it as not edible! The restaurant food is also cold and Greasy and considering the first night of trip we tried to food then I spent the next 2 days with a sick stomach! I haven’t eaten there since (except for cereal and fruit!) I took pictures for proof of the food! We have had to hire a car and eat out everyday!! Our room key never works! When we go to the room on the 3rd floor, we have to get it reset every time!! And we don’t keep it near a phone or credit card!! It just never works. Just such a disappointing stay!

We’ve just had 10 days all inclusive at a very competitive price at this hotel . First impression very attractive entrance , friendly reception staff . We paid for a standard room which had two doubles pushed together, plenty of wardrobe space , a fridge ,flat screen tv , hairdryer and soap dispenser. The decor was a little tired but overall great value for money. The food was buffet style with plenty of choices although a little repetitive after the first week , always found something to eat . Pool bar was great , the eco cups are a great idea no overflowing bins of waste cups . All the staff here are friendly and extremely hard working , queues at the bars were dealt with very quickly . Our only problem was the location , my husband had an accident at work 6 months ago and has mobility issues , it’s a 15-20 walk to the beach and longer to the square , taxis cheap at roughly 4 euro to and from either, but nothing much close by . This is a lovely , great value hotel , we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in the sun here .

Firstly this was sold to us through on the beach as a 4 star hotel ! It’s not ! It would be a very poor 2 star,the hotel is tired and worn out our sink in the bathroom was cracked! Bedside lamp was hanging off the wall the architrave around the doors was all damaged the room had a smell as did the bathroom a sewage damp smell. The air con vents were blocked with fluff so did not work ,The buffet food was cold and bland ! We ate out most of the time and indeed found a better option and left the hotel 2 days earlier than planned on a weeks holiday ! We are annoyed as we could have got a 2 star hotel in the canaries at half the price !

The hotel is a 25 minute walk into the centre of the resort which we knew before we went or it’s just 5€ in a taxi. The rooms are very dated but very clean. The staff are very pleasant and we had no issues whilst we were there. We only went bed & breakfast which unfortunately the breakfast isn’t the greatest (we knew the food would be poor due to the comments on various Facebook pages. The pool is very, very cold indeed and wasn’t really used by guests. I can’t comment on the entertainment as we never went to the area.

We stayed as a couple, and found all the staff excellent the room was very dated but clean and tidy, excellent position around the pool. Unfortunately, the hotel is let down by the food choices given daily. my husband has a serious food allergy to cucumber, which we felt we were ignored when we mentioned it to the dinning staff. so there was only one or 2 options for him, but he loved the breakfast daily,and I enjoyed most food, even though it was basic... Reception were really helpful, as was our cleaning lady. Pool was freezing, jacuzzi warm The common areas are very dated, and we didn't have a chance to use the entertainment Overall, a 3.5/ 4

Not a 4 star unfortunately. 2 would be more accurate. Set on a hill so always windy. Food very poor lets the place down. Always Cold and not much choice, Staff all outstanding, Rooms very clean. Needs a back door so the beech and town are more easy to access. No sun canopies by the pool on the sun beds. Snack bar poor facilities. Lack of food choice for 4 star. Paying for cocktails and slush puppies unacceptable in a 4 star camp have been to many 3 star camps that you do not pay for these items. Toilets all in one place away from pool. Back of camp and outside are not clean and boarded up. Pool is very cold. No bar in the entertainment theatre,

An honest review from an unfussy traveler I stayed here with my friend and our kids for 5 nights in may 24 and yes the hotel is a bit run down however the whole time we were there the staff were carrying out lots of renovations to spruce it up . The food however is what really marks it down , the food unfortunately is really terrible , the choice is very limited and the quality and flavour are very low . I’ve never been to an all inclusive where I have struggled to even find one enjoyable thing to eat . My daughter who likes most foods lived on plain pasta and tomato sauce . The staff are very polite and friendly . The shop is very expensive and they quite happily sell inflatables for the pool which you soon realise are not allowed in the pool , i think they should tell customers this before selling them as they are not cheap . Adequate location for Shops , beach etc as the walk is not long
