Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and the food was delicious. Great location not far from local town. The pricing is very good for a clean spacious room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I just spent two nights at ETAP Belfast and I can’t say anything bad about it! Though the rooms are small, it’s fair for the price! What is the best in this hotel is the staff! Always cheerful and keen to help, really professional! Especially Nathan, the receptionist that was working when I arrived! So polite and always making small talk which is very good and makes us feel comfortable. He is the cherry on top of the cake, if there’s any chance make sure he knows about it! He made my 3 day holiday worth it. Thank you Nathan 😍

Separate to but in/on the same premises as Clenaghans restaurant. Accommodation - Quaint quirky vibe - not 5star but doesn’t try or claim to be - it’s clean and tidy with a bit of “shabby chic” running through it - for example you arrive into a courtyard also used by the kitchen staff for “smoke breaks” If you want to eat in the restaurant you’ve to walk back out around on the road or all around the car park. Second hand books available in each “room”/apartment to take or donate to. It’s a B&B without a B…. I would/will stay again for overnight and dinner next door in Clenaghans (or it’s a 40min walk to Wine & Brine in Moira😎) Super value

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding anniversary and it was a lovely hotel. From the minute we set foot at reception, we found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The hotel has a nice bar area too and its about a 2 minute walk from all the attractions of the cathedral quarter. The standard room was great. It was Clean, modern and quiet. All the usual hotel things like tv, en-suite (which again was clean and the shower was great). Our room was at the back of the hotel and while not a fantastic view, it was nice to see the H&W cranes in the distance and despite a busy road outside and a railway line, the noise was minimal. Breakfast was nice although the only option for the eggs were scrambled, however im sure if I'd asked they'd have done me a poached or fried egg. Its a buffet style breakfast and if I have only one criticism, its that it wasnt topped up as well as it could be. The staples like bacon etc were topped up, but pastries and the continental selection were kind of sp**** and not topped up each morning we were there. That aside, there was plenty to eat and drink and a nice touch is the takeout cups. It meant I could take a coffee on my travels which is great and saves a few quid from the coffee shops etc. I look forward to returning to the Ramada again as it was a lovely experience. Thank you also for the voucher for a glass of wine free for my wife and I because it was our anniversary. That was a lovely touch.

We went as a family and had a very enjoyable lunch. Our lunch was served to us in pristine condition and it was really very enjoyable. Indeed the sandwiches I had were not fully on the menu but they were able to make me a sandwich of my choice, which was very enjoyable indeed. we were well looked after and the staff were excellent. Coming to see if we needed anything more and getting me a top up of coffee. It was very nice indeed thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Ryan, McCartney.

We just keep returning to the Europa, we had a lovely stay as always, had lunch in the bar. lovely friendly staff and the jazz band happened to be playing which was great, dinner in the restaurant was lovely as always and again wonderful staff, it was lovely to see Stephen again he really runs the restaurant to perfection, and we met the lovely Patricia in the restaurant she went out of her way to help my mother what an absolute great asset so kind friendly and fun to chat to she send us off on our journey when leaving with coffee and muffins very thoughtful, and to see Andrew back at the Europa really was lovely he was well missed by us guests another wonderful asset to the Europa. The rooms have all been done up really nicely updated, what can I say between the lovely hotel and fabulous staff we just keep coming back. Home from home.

I and my wife are a walking distance from this hotel and it’s a nice place to be and the food is usually good but my wife is a gin drinker and I know you like to have a gin and white lemonade with ice and lemon or a what ever gin you like but to be served in a wine glass first then a tumbler on the second round come on. I ask why and they said they keep being stolen come on a big company like that. Then another waiter the only have five gin glasses come on if you want a gin and white with lemon in a gin glass my not. This a hotel not a side pub which probably have a gin glass step up to the mark HASLEMS

My stay was amazing. From the moment I checked in it was great and on point. Charles really made me feel at home. Enjoyed the breakfast as well as their service. Lookin forward to stay at Keef Halla again

On arrival we were impressed by the decor. Staff at reception very nice. Room nice and modern. Was very disappointed with our lunch experience in the bar however. The chicken sandwich was in dry bread, with butter Mayo and chicken only. No garnish, no lettuce even in sandwich. Not what you’d expect from a 4* hotel! The next let down was the milk for my coffee which I had to order at the bar as no one came to check on us or clear dishes for some time. The milk was delivered in a cup because there were no milk jugs, in a 4* hotel! The staff were under pressure and were getting grief from one family waiting on their food so I didn’t add to the staffs stress. Pool is great but tiles are slippy and it’s on the cool side.
