"It was really nice. It was new so it was clean and there was a mall underneath which was awesome haha ​​It was nice because it was in the middle of downtown and the hotel zone. There is a beach you can take a bus to from the hotel? Don't go there. It's a waste of time. Just take an Uber and go to the public beach."

"I found this apartment in good location near to a big mall and bus center which goes to deferent cities from Cancun and the cleaners were very friendly and the manager is also a very good person, the only problem in this season mosquitoes which bites us and not feel comfortable. The AC was working well and small swinging pool water is changing regularly 👌 . Finly found it very good 👍 ."

"All perfect, from room to service we felt immediately in a comfortable place. All super clean and comfortable. The only sin is that so many ants in the common area, which is beautiful, so take a repellent to ants and you will see that you love your stay."

"The room was great, after the first problem with the room, the boy at the reception immediately resolved by giving us availability, courtesy and a real solution. The environment is wonderful, very clean and the pool is a charm. There is also a restaurant that we haven't tried. Super recommended and excellent location in the center of Cancun"

"A family of two adults and two children had a great time. The guest room is on the first floor. You can directly go to the children's playground when you open the door. It is also close to the beach. There are many kinds of food. After checking out, the luggage was stored and we played for a long time before leaving."

"Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon."

"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."

"Breakfast was edible, and you can order omelets, quesadillas, waffles, etc. separately and leave a $1 tip. The air conditioner smells moldy, but it smells everywhere in Cancun. The room was squeaky, the bathtub was clean, and the pool was nice. I recommend it. It's great because you can walk to a good restaurant in 15 minutes and a supermarket in 8 minutes, and you can also take the ADO bus. Highly recommended!!"

"The room has a view of the sea, and is very close to the shopping center and the commercial center. The swimming pool on the top floor has a beautiful view. The service is thoughtful, meticulous, enthusiastic, and very safe. It is convenient to take a taxi and a bus. I am very satisfied"
