The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

The accommodation was very good and the breakfast was excellent. I had problems with the bathroom (there was no lock in the door and the shower was throwing water out of the box moving the whole bathroom and even the door) and the parking is not included and beyond, There was only one manobrist at the checkout time with a 30-minute waiting to get out of the hotel, and it was possible to hear everything they did in the other room and my boyfriend couldn't sleep well overnight because of the noise.

Hotel looks nice but their billing and food service are awful. They refused to cook me a vegetarian meal, telling me I should eat chicken. Eventually they gave me a plain plate of chips. I complained at check out and the hotel took the price of the meal off the bill. Excellent, I thought that was that. No such luck. A month later, the hotel billed my credit card for the meal. But they didn’t send an invoice. With no invoice, I couldn’t claim on my expenses and I wasn’t even sure this was for the meal - it could have been fraud. I repeatedly called and emailed the hotel but they ignored me. Reported to head office also, but they took six weeks to reply and still sent no invoice. Eventually got a local colleague to sort out the mess. I understand the hotel actually broke Brazilian law charging a credit card when the card holder was not present.

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

During breakfast, my wallet was stolen and later on found on one of the down stairs toilets. Neither manager (Mrs. Ana Carolina Borzani) or reception staff gave me the expected support or even an apology. After too much of my request they decided to have a look on the videos and mentioned that the prosecutors were non guests that pop in into the breakfast area unnoticed. I did and still feel extremely disappointed with the support given frustrated with the financial lost and somehow scared with the whole situation.

My family and I spent three days at the hotel. We had a great experience with the breakfast and inside the apartment. It was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The staff was kind at all times. We sure intend to go back again soon.

This was truly an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Their breakfast is great with all sorts of treats, breads, fruits, fresh juices, among other delicious food. Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.

Stay was incredible. The flat is huge. The staff are lovely, especially Alan and Henrique, I would like to send my hugs to them. Not to mention the location, which is incredible. Right in the central area, close to shops, restaurants, everything within easy reach. I also found it to be a very safe area. I intend to return.

The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

The hotel is well located, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Small lift and, in case of car arrival, the parking is small and a royal fee of 25 per day is charged. It should be noted that the car is often stored in a credential parking station in front of Shopping Curitiba, so there is a waiting row for the car's withdrawal. The instruction received at the check in was to request the vehicle between 10 and 20 minutes in advance.
