Overall, okay. You get what you pay for: a relatively clean but basic room. The AC was loud but functioned well. Wifi functioned but was slow/spotty when streaming. Bring your own conditioner because they only provide shampoo and soap.

We stay at the Hampton Inn every time we travel. When we come to this area, our first choice is always the Hampton Inn in Cypress. The employees at this hotel treat their guests like family, and they care for the place like it’s their home. It is always clean, well maintained, and customer service goes above and beyond. From the first and last interactions at the front desk, to the awesome breakfast spread in the mornings, they do things right. Thank you for always taking such great care of us!

I have to commend the management, particularly Italia E. She worked closely with me to resolve an error in booking on my part. She quickly thought of a way to make sure I was reimbursed for my error when she didn't have to. As an elite bonvoy member I often choose Marriott hotels for work and personal and will definitely continue that practice after the amazing customer service and kindness Italia showed me! Bravo and thank you for going the extra mile for a customer!

The room is large, the service is in place, and the stay is comfortable. The breakfast is okay, the swimming pool is also good, and there is a heated jacuzzi. The only disadvantage is that the range hood does not have an external discharge function, it can only circulate internally. Chinese food tastes great when cooked, and I am afraid it will set off the alarm.

Excellent customer service! Check in was super easy and when I asked where the nearest drug store was because I forgot my toothbrush the really nice lady (shame on me for forgetting her name) went to the back and brought me a new toothbrush and toothpaste without me asking for her help. Sometimes the littlest things can make the biggest difference! And the valet fellas were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. I actually ended up staying here because of a bad experience I had at one the convention hotels down the street. I left that hotel and found the Hyatt Regency Orange online and I checked in around 9pm. Boy was that a blessing in disguise! I saved around $500!! And the Hyatt was just as nice as the other hotel if not NICER! Thanks Hyatt!

Due to a flood in our house we had to stay for over 1 week while repairs were being done. From the reservation being made to our stay in a wonderful, clean 2 bed patio suite was flawless. The gentleman at the front desk graciously helped to accommodate our stay with great professionalism and politeness. Highly recommend this quiet, clean, modern hotel.Breakfast is included and Carolyn is so pleasant and friendly . I have no complaints and look forward to returning very soon for part 2 of our renovations. Thank you to all the staff, you certainly all show great pride in coming to work. Your efforts are greatly appreciated 👍

Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants shopping and amusement. Staff is very accommodating. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean. No cigarette smoke smells” like some other places. Love staying here!

The hotel is located in a Korean-inhabited area. There is a newly opened mall opposite the road. Korean-style Chinese-style Japanese and Japanese materials are available. There is also a target for a 5-minute walk. It is convenient for self-driving stays. The most surprising thing is that the hotel lobby has 24 hours of free coffee and lemonade, which is very intimate for the dry Los Angeles. Breakfast is not checked, the classic American breakfast is good, fruit yoghurt ham is available.

For me who is used to Chinese food, it takes time to get used to coming here. The beautiful sea view made me choose to spend 3 days here. There are many sea view restaurants around: Japanese food, American food! Whether you are on vacation or working in another place, this is really a good place! Catering is high-end consumption, about 4-5 times the domestic price.
