First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

You can come at night time for late check in, the staff always standby at counter, and checkout is easy, also you can left your baggage until you come back in limited time. Enjoy in here a lot!

Such a nice place! Love the location, you can see the whole city from the roof top - which has a swimming pool! Absolutely stunning. The room was clean and very beautiful. Such a nice room for a low price. Would definitely recommend.

I'm really crazy. Why didn't you stay here for 3 nights? I really regretted that.. The price was so cheap that I only stayed for 1 night, but the overall clean and lobby atmosphere was good. First of all, it was good for the price of breakfast Coconut coffee was paid and Americano was free, but if it had been for Koreans, it would have been a ”good choice”. He squeezed it all and worried about ***************, so he told me that he would give me a mask and picked up where there were a lot of people. He introduced the driver and gave me a KakaoTalk ID and told me to contact me whenever there was a problem. Did you do all this for us who only stayed 1 night and stayed 2 nights at another hotel? Isn't it crazy? Asked about the bad thing about the hotel, they opened two years ago and said that they were working hard with young staff members. Of course, they said that Chinese people don't check-in for fear of anxiety among customers in this country. The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor. I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special. There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service. Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view. I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.

It's no problem staying, but I think it would be really good if the interior was improved.

the hotel is in a great location, the staff is great, purity is at a level, I would recommend the hotel to a friend, you may need to improve with some fruit the breakfast and two more things, but everything else is great

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

Good value for money. Well, the swimming pool isn't bad either. The reception and check-in locations are on different floors. But it's kind of nice. Breakfast isn't too bad either.
