Premier Inn London Dagenham

I have been staying at travel lodge a while and they have been so lovely and kind very welcoming to me and my family when they visit . All staff so friendly and kind defiantly best travel lodge I’ve been too . Rooms very fresh and clean, beds comfy , breakfast is really nice . A lot good things close by for children too . Great stay :)

I had a very pleasant stay in that hotel! Room was clean, no weird smell, bathroom is small but super clean

Fabiola was amazing, she assist me with getting WiFi on my phone. Thank you fabiola. Great term work!👍 She's amazing at her job great knowledge going above and beyond. Will love to stay here again. Perfect location and hotel clean and always friendly staff. Always greeted well by fabiola she's the best

Such a comfortable nights sleep, it would have been the same sleeping on the floor as the bed. Air con wasn't working and flashed all night. As a result, had the window open ajar and heard motorway traffic all day and night. Felt in an unsafe area and was truly awful

Staff were really friendly (Especially Sharon at the front desk who checked us in/out) also the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed, the hotel was rlly convenient as there is a cinema and gym next door plus a big Asda close by (10-15min walk). Overall it was a nice stay and we’d come here again :)

The poorest, most rundown Premier inn I have stayed in. Family rooms were tiny, to the point of claustrophobia. The pull out bed for children was so hard, we had to request an extra duvet for my son to lie on. Still he couldn’t get comfortable and tossed and turned all night. There were no extra pillows available (not even the ones that should be in a sealed bag in your room). My husband had to give me his pillow so I had a grand total of 2 pillows, and he used a rolled up towel as his pillow. When I asked at reception why there were no pillows available, they had no reasonable explanation other than the hotel was fully booked. The employees were either very rude and grumpy, or were stood directly in front of the entrance to reception smoking all sorts, so my children had to endure their fumes in order to enter the hotel. There are 2 resident cats who live in the reception (and have their beds behind the check in desk). They wander freely about the foyer and in and out of the hotel. My daughter (who has a phobia of cats) was terrified, and when I raised this with reception, they just shrugged their shoulders. All in all it was not a pleasant stay at all. I would not recommend staying here, if you can avoid it.

Very pleased with our trip to Dagenham hotel , had a great stay , very friendly staff always helpful and very polite . Room was very clean and comfortable bed, had a great sleep .. we will back in the future. Highly recommended to our friends and family.

I think I’m done with staying at Travelodge hotels now as they are very basic with poor food on offer

Recommended by a friend, we chose the Premier Inn Dagenham for our 3 nights stay, and I think it was a good choice. Worth the money for the room, it is not very expensive and our expectation did not fail. The lady from reception was helpful. Also, we had our room cleaned at our request every day. The room was clean and a good size. If you need to do some shops just walk a few minutes and do it. I can recommend now this hotel to my friends now.
