I booked a birthday function last year which supposed to held on 22 nd october 2020 ,I discussed this function with one of the hotel staff,Banquet operation maneger named Mr. Sanath , he confirmed everything I made full payment before the function on 21 st of October 2020 ,unfortunately due to corona pandemic,government imposed the island wide curfew so after the curfew lifted. I tried to call several times to Mr. Sanath but he didn’t pick up his phone and then I tried to contact through the hotel General line one of banquet sales staff to discuss this matter ,Frontline staff they give me several numbers, then I talked with Miss Nadee and one other gentlemen,But no one give me proper answer, finally after two months I contacted Sanath again and I asked him to refund my money, but he said he cannot take a decision and said decision should take over by the higher management. Then I went to meet him but he’s not pleasant he very rude to me and he doesn’t have any kind of hospitality ,but I don’t want to make a function with that kind of hotel, how they give proper service without have a hospitality, I want to get refunded my money , still they didn’t give me any Solution . I try to contact him several times after this all happened but he pass the ball for several depar**entI .I asked him to make a meeting with a senior management but he failed to make it that happen ,I really disappointed with this Hotel really really disappointed These kind of hotels and service in its is a real mess and should avoid those hotels And i am putting this to future reference of others to avoid inconveniences cause by the hotel Clarion,
