房子很乾凈！！衞生到位，有什麼問題房東回覆的也很及時，重點是能看到海真的愛了！直接沖去海邊玩更快樂！

民宿適合親子家庭遊，位置很近金鑾灣海濱廣場，步行一百來米就到沙灘，是看日出的絕佳沙灘，民宿內部設施各方面可圈可點，唯一扣分的是民宿這個小區電梯有點少，在高峯時段等電梯有點慢，自駕的話小區有地面停車場和地下停車場，旁邊還有一個較大的露天停車場，還是比較方便。

民宿就在金鑾灣海灘邊上，走幾分鐘就到。傍晚金鑾灣鏡面效果拍照迷人。因為是帶孩子來玩海所以就選擇這裏，方便隨時去海邊。這次選了三室一廳的，住一大家子6個大人3個小孩，總體還好，衞生不錯，價格適中，房間略小，有一雙床位的海景房還不錯，但衹能看一半的海。又發現這棟樓乘電梯至28樓頂上天台，可以俯瞰整個金鑾灣甚至整個島，看到了日出，還有平霧層。我們住的房間衹能看到一面海，但有樓頂這個大平台就很方便觀海了。老闆人很好，會幫你聯繫包車服務。住這裏離南門灣等景點較遠，不過包車打的（老闆會幫忙提供）二三十塊錢就可以了，隨時可聯繫。有自駕車會更方便。吃的樓下有幾個燒烤攤早點攤，也有海鮮排檔，我們對海鮮過敏沒怎麼去看。倒是通過某團某餓點了附近的餐食，9個人點兩三百就足夠飽了。吃的島上都有點小貴。就是空調會滴水，三室一廳這一套倒沒廚房，有些遺憾。總體不錯。

房間適合一大家家庭旅遊，我們是6個大人3小孩，臨時加了2個大人，阿姨幫我們升級了4張床的房型，離金鑾灣很近，是在一個小區裏，樓下小區有停車位，旁邊還有一個大型停車場，但是要額外收費，房型看得到海邊，陽台也很寬，有電飯煲，電磁爐可以煮東西吃，就是wifi有點弱，不是很方便，圖片是住了3天退房的時候拍的，有點亂哈，周邊吃東西的地方不多

房間超級nice！！這一趟東山之行感覺滿足~民宿好好看，還能看到海，實現我住海景房的願望了哈哈哈哈，民宿老闆態度很好的，樓下也有便利店和大排檔吃飯不愁！民宿很便宜，住在這邊又能看海又很方便，衞生設施條件都很不錯，以後來東山就來這！！

房間很不錯，趁着五一人流量爆棚之前來東山島玩，剛好最近天氣很不錯，民宿老闆態度很好，服務周到，房間佈置的也很舒適，衞生乾淨滿意，樓下也有排擋，非常滿意的一趟出行，會再來的。
