The hotel is in the downtown,near the airport,very convenient and near the gold souk and Dubai creek ,free parking area and good service let me satisfied. It is beautiful inside.

Bad stay, bad staff, bad room, if you ask anything the staff get upset.
They gave me a room in which the refrigerator was not working and the sofa had several burns

Hey there All
Visited this fantastic place for a staycation located at Deira name as Carlton palace Hotel
We were duo
The Hotel rooms are very spacious
The Bathroom is not top
The Roof Top pool is amazing
The Gym was big and has all the top equipments
Absolutely loved it
The breakfast buffet was better than many other 5 star hotel buffet highly recommended
If you are in Dubai make sure to stay in this amazing 5 star hotel
