Amazing place! It has everything that hotels need to have: - great location, centrally located in the old city - spacious rooms with everything that you need (we stayed in one of their suites). It had a full kitchen, with dish washer and oven!! It also had washing machine. We went there for a long weekend and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The duty manager Mr. Mueller had done on fantastic job on us so traveling with a toddler was easy. Very nice food as well - room service was quite fast and breaky was yummy. Don't forget to visit little Tokio - stunning restaurants there. Ask the famous concierge for recommendations - he knows where to go. We had a fab time so thanks to all who make it happen!!!

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.

The hotel is definitely bound by its cozy style-interesting facility. The rooms are all very individual. I had a very large double room with a newly renovated very large bathroom. It was located in the back house over a staircase in the subterrain, yet very impressive. I felt very well. Ladies and gentlemen at the reception and breakfast were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast itself is also very positive, a lot of fresh fruit (self-made fruit salad) and fresh egg foods prepared on request as well as the selection of sauce, cheese, bread and bread (brushing!) have also been very fun. I'll certainly swim here again next time in Düsseldorf.

The hotel is not far from the main train station. (We took a short taxi ride there because it was raining.) The U Bahn was convenient, only 3 stops to the Alstadt. The room was modern, clean, with a very comfortable bed. It's unusual that the clear glass shower and sink are next to the bed without much privacy, but there is a shutter you can pull across. The toilet is separate. We enjoyed the breakfast at the Paris Club on the 16th floor. It's fun to have a drink up there in the evening to see the nice view. The bartender, Kevin, was so friendly and helpful. He gave tips on places to visit. There are some great Italian restaurants nearby, especially Aldo Genovese.

The car is very dry and safe in the deep garage of the hotel. Lifts are available. The location of the hotel is super metro and S-train and the city centre/old city are well accessible walking. I think it is very important for business travelers. The breakfast was very good (short, cheese, S*****en, salmon, rod, cooked eggs, bacon, good bread selection). I would book again there.

The hotel is pretty new so rooms and all areas look nice and fresh. The family rooms with the bunk beds work pretty well, although they are not very spacious. The hotel is quite a walk to the city centre. Approximately 30 minutes to the river. There are tram and train stations relatively close by though. Parking is 20 Euros per night, which is not cheap given the location. Breakfast was nothing special, although the breakfast area was big with no queuing when we visited. Reception and housekeeping seemed pretty disorganised. Overall, it was ok, but I was expecting a better experience.

Although the hotel is a bit far away from the train station (still within walking distance), the room was amazing! The price for a twin room was less than 100 euros and breakfast was also included! I've just had a short stay at the hotel, and I am extremely satisfied ! Lovely and warm welcoming, flexibility, delicious breakfast and cosy room. A little gem :) Despite arriving very early and my room not being ready, Mister Ron in the lobby made sure I got a nice coffee and found another room for me. The rest of the staff was also super kind and amenable, and gosh I wish I had such breakfasts everywhere :) For the location and the price, I'd say it is a must !
