前台辦手續帶眼鏡的小姐姐服務態度好，但夜晚服務員效率不高。設施太差，想睡覺關不上燈，服務員告訴用力多按幾下，就是敲都不行，整晚睡不好，第二天早上的早餐除了粉意外基本沒有胃口，過於簡單了。

服務態度不好就算了，連對客户的需求完全不在意，明明看圖片是沒有這個大柱子，給了這個柱子房還不告知客户。客户要求更換也是置之不理，明明一樣的價格卻享受了低檔次的服務和房型，卻也沒有任何的説法，真的是非常失望！

早餐雖然簡單，但還可以，酒店的服務人員很熱情，服務態度很好，我們一行人共訂了4個房間，當天氣温很高，有近30攝氏度，進到房間就把空調調低了，但一點冷氣都沒有，跟前台溝通後，答覆是冷氣的主機還沒開，理由是往年3月份的都勻沒有這麼高的氣温，冷氣系統還沒有清洗、消毒，所以暫時還不能開，衹能開送風。後來前台提議給我們更換座向不同的房間，雖然也是沒有冷氣的，但該方向的窗户打開後有自然風通風，相對不會那麼熱。該酒店規模不算小，但竟然沒有自家的餐廳（衹有一個提供自助早餐的小餐廳），吃飯必須自行到外面去找。

房間很大，設定合理，周邊很繁華，交通便利，酒店屬於鬧中取靜，飲食店、商場就在附近，酒店的早餐很不錯！

房間是景觀房，但我住的房間窗户開間被牆隔成兩部分，所以景觀視野寬度有限，房間設施比較新，環境比較安靜，服務員態度好，床墊舒適，但浴室的兩個花灑出水不能集中，該改善一下

免費升級了房間，非常開心，小套房很舒服，關鍵是居然有兩個衞生間，一點不打架！浴缸在落地窗欠費啊舒服，兩個電視孩子和大人各看各的，辦公娛樂也兩不誤，這個房型真的愛了！如果再裝個智能馬桶就更完美了！距離西山大橋石板街都很近很近，推薦入住！
