This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We will be staying again, but try to make sure our room is not on the 4th floor. The room was not quiet, it was raining, but there was a loud drip-drip-drip on the roof. It was not a sound due to falling rain. The hotel was also quite full and at 4am people were hollering back and forth to each other in the hall.

Location is great - we walked next door to Pybus often. However, the pool is like 15x15 - like 4 hot tubs size.. and with 175 kids in there - its louder than a rock concert.

The property is nicely located by the river and next door to the market place. It is clean and has a nice pool/hot tub, great after a day after skiing. The staff seems a bit under trained overall, but particularly, we stayed 3 nights and got no housekeeping at all. We called twice to get more towels but they never came.

We were double charged for our stay. The manager was not helpful in correcting the issue. We had to do through our bank to reverse the over charge. The staff was not helpful at all with our concerns or questions. Our bed was uncomfortable and gave us sore backs the next day.

For the price I thought situations would be handled better. People above us well beyond normal noise. Finally spoke up and the staff knew of the noisy people and didn't want to deal with them. They offered us a different room but I wanted them to do there job! For having to pay for the breakfast it was not that great the eggs taste very very processed! The shower head is very fancy looking but ladies don't try to wash your hair! We won't be back, especially not for that price!

Pool was a bit small, but the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff asked which floor we wanted to be on (not always something you have options for, so it was greatly appreciated). Right next door is the Public Market with great restaurants, bars and shops!!

The room was very clean, the staff very friendly, however… it was very loud until 2 am. We couldn’t sleep due to loud noises. It’s unfortunate that they allow others to be super loud and not enforce quiet hours. First part of the night I wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise coming from others and the other half I spent it trying to fall asleep, but unfortunately we had to be up early. I was only able to sleep less than 30 minutes. The atmosphere felt more like a cheap motel. It’s unfortunate because we planned to come back for a longer stay but the noise was unbearable.
