Everything other reviewers mention is spot on…the rooms are pristine, bed comfy and linens so soft, design details and amenities well above and beyond what could be expected in this class of hotel/motel, but…you can indeed hear everything from the adjacent rooms, not just hear that someone is talking but discern every word they say! I brought a small Bluetooth speaker and blasted white noise / rain sounds and it did the trick to mask that noise. Loved walking to alpha brewery and tidepooling at Ross cove beach.

The property was very clean and inviting. Our room said the vanity mirror didn't work but it did. Love the robes and the technology. It was peaceful and serene.

Great price for the area. Very clean and looks to be recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable, but the walls are very thin-we could hear our neighbor’s conversation.

Good bed. Clean. Spacious. Staff nice. Well located.
Walls thin so you can hear neighbors talking (perhaps why ear plugs in bathroom).
Pillows very stiff and fat but found out at checkout we could have requested thinner pillows. Difficulty with heat but again, we didn’t ask front desk for assistance.
Excellent coffee shop/ bakery/ cafe next door.
Overall, good value. We would stay there again.

We booked a room through ******* which gave this location a 9.3/10 rating. When we got there is looked seedy, had sketchy people in the parking lot, which was full and a mattress and truck size dumpster in the parting lot. We called ******* to try to cancel but they said they were holding us to the Harbor View Inn's policys and needed to penalize us $209 for the cancellation. We are still in dispute over this site.

Love the view and the electric fireplace in the room. Very convenient. Very close to stores and restaurants. Staying again very soon.
