只得西小瓶洗頭水及沐浴gel,用完廁紙同棉花棒棒都不補充。廁所渠又臭。廚房只得電水煲。冇茶包補咖啡包冇叉冇都冇匙羹冇碟冇洗潔精。每日都不補充物資，問櫃檯取，男職員兇神惡殺。

第一次walk in入住2晚，感覺良好。今次網上自定2晚，服務就不太理想了，下次不會再入住。房間是大，裝修靚，一望無際的別墅樹木風景，超大床，舖上絲質枕具，非常舒適。第一次入住，飲用第1天提供的2枝水後，就冇再要求補充第2天的，因都有自備，毛巾日用品亦用自己的,買了水果還請2位前台食。今次飲完第1天的2枝水，第2天問取1枝水，說不提供（態度都不如第一次），說網上定是特惠房（係同一房型啊）,我買枝水應該是2-3元的事，但比我感覺不是這樣做生意吧，差別對待，只因我在網上定房。我不是住1晚問你取額外的，是問你取第2晚的。原有的早餐2次亦冇提供，可能因疫情吧。
