"No any tea, coffee and mug inside the room; the reception lady is quite cold to refuse to check in at 12:00 inspite I discussed with her politely, just repeated to check at 15:00 ; the worst thing is I cant park my car inside the hotel garage or parking lots, but in the public one, then I need walk 10 minutes to take my heavy luggages...

"The hotel is a 20-minute walk from Essen Central Station and not far from the pedestrian street. It is also convenient to park downstairs in the hotel.
The parking fee is 17.5 euros per night, which is a bit expensive. The parking fee must be paid in advance and post-payment is not accepted. I guess inflation in Europe is still quite severe in the past two years. It seems that prices are skyrocketing, including food and accommodation."

GGuest UserHighly recommended. Hotel is next to metro station. Walking distance to Messe Fair, also have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are newly renovated, free coffee and tea are provided.
