The room was clean but with a low hairdryer, the air conditioning was warm and the winter -4 was a full breakfast or breakfast buffet. And the best of all next to restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from the airport. And it has a taxi station that serves guests, very important because the uber/bolt cancelled when the race was short and the rates are up to 60 euros in flight hours instead of 14 euros. And the taxi charged 25.

We stayed just one night at this hotel, chosen due to it being close to Beauvais airport. We arrived early afternoon and went to one of the restaurants opposite the hotel to have a late buffet lunch. It’s very clean and probably on a par with English mid-range hotel chains. We didn’t have breakfast. The receptionist booked an early taxi for us to the airport which arrived on time. Overall, a very reasonably priced hotel for a comfortable night’s sleep with a decent shower.

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The heating works well, important in winter. The negative point for me is the office too small. The heating is very ready from the office. We really feel the heat that is unpleasant. If we lower too much heating, we'll go ahead. We need to find the right compromise.

Arrival, in fact the.restaurant is closed, so there are certainly restaurants around, but you need to go out, and one of the last hotels that restrict access to drinks varied by the good drink .... Christmas beer (in April) yes, but a glass of red wine, not ..... And to close all a large room certainly, but with a fish smell and the door of the water room that is falling .... The HSV is undergoing renovations to rooms..overall it's lobby and food areas and bar are functional clean and comfortable...the breakfast is excellent and generous given the modest room prices. The rooms themselves..well ours was a decent size..the double bed was a tad small but the sheets and pilows had crisp clean linen. The bathroom was small but functional..a bit awkward to get in and out of the shower but the water flow was powerful and hot as you want...and what more do you want. It's a quiet hotel, it's cheap, it's a 40 minute pleasant downhill stroll to Beauvais centre...a much undervisited town with lovely remnant medieval architecture and of course one of Europe's greatest gothic cathedrals . The hotel is also close to the airport...but not so close to bother guests. This is a great inexpensive option for those who a base to explore the picardie region, war cemeteries, historic villages such as the magnificent Gerberoy, cider producers and much more...

Word of warning - no restaurant or bar at all. Just vending machines with 3 or 4 sad sandwiches and some sad looking boxed salads when we arrived with 3 hungry children and adults looking forward to a beer after a long day. No alcohol at all. Nowhere nearby to get food or drink. Deliveroo pizza was all we could get and it was awful too. It never occurred to us to check that a hotel would have food, we assumed a restaurant and bar is a given especially when located miles from any other options. Nowhere to buy or get alcohol delivered. Rooms are tiny. Although there is a fan temperature control in the room you cannot change it. Have to trek down to reception- no phone or intercom - to get them to change it. Windows in vending room area were dusty when kids wipped their hand on it. Dust on ledges and walls in the room. A giant cockroach in the stairwell. Not the hotels fault but power in the area went off from about 9-12. No notice posted or info forthcoming from receptionist as to cause or likely length of the outage. We could not charge our phones obviously and with an early start were afraid to go asleep until we had power to ensure our alarms went off so we didn't even get a night's sleep. The kids ate their grotty pizza by the torchlight from our phone and went straight to bed as they could not watch a movie as they had hoped and no Internet of course. No drinks because vending machine out too. None of us could shower as there was no light to do so. After travelling we all felt dirty and desperately wanted to shower. If you do decide to stay here be aware that there is at least one other IBIS at the airport so be careful you book the one you want. The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I felt very sorry for the one guy left there to run it on his own. Even before the power went out he had no working printer writing everything out by hand.

Hotel chosen by chance, for one night. 'We were very well welcomed by a young woman who even made us a discount. Astonishing, but clean room and very much. Glorious breakfast. No blame to do, on the contrary.

HotelF1 Beauvais is just what the budget traveler needs: A spotlessly clean room, with a toilet and shower for about as low a price as you can pay for these services anywhere, at a useful location. The room is tiny, but the bed is comfortable, and the room temperature is as it should be. There is a selection of vending machine food and drink available, and a nice French-style breakfast for only a few euro. What really helps is that the hotel is near the airport, and also right across from a massive shopping center, where you can easily get anything you need. You can even get a large selection of food and drink via Uber Eats. All of this is topped off by very kind and considerate service from the owners and staff. Really a great find if you just want the basics at the right price.
