Fataaaal! We arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room that was very bad, specifically room 005. A horrible smell, you could tell that no one was going in there. I go to reception to change rooms and the lady there is unpresentable! He didn't give us a solution until I got angry and in the end he changed our room! For the price I think it's better to go to another hotel!
Service leaves a lot to be desired and the lady is very rude!

A most pleasant hotel experience in all respects. My room on the ground floor at the back was quiet, light and tastefully decorated with modern conventional fittings to a high standard. The bed was most comfortable, with accompanying coverings. The bathroom came with both a super shower and bidet. A refrigerator and safe are also supplied. The breakfasts were excellent with a grand variety of fare, though only open from 07:30. The train station is a 9 minutes walk away and the ****** just across the street. I would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Hotel Alvorada in Estoril. The location is handy to the train and beach, and overlooks the ****** and park grounds.
While the rooms are a bit older, the whole hotel is sparkling clean, and the staff are friendly. We were lucky enough to have room facing the park, and the view was a delight.

Well located, just 20 min drive outside central Lisbon, with good access to beaches and shops. Good conditions and well isolated.

Room old and smells very bad, pillows horrible, the advertising says that have parking but no parking enough, we had to parking on the street!
