Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Cannot think of any complaints. All requests have been fulfilled. The travel plan was all prepared by front desk staff and the driver from what to eat where to go. The room was very good, everything inside the room was new with 5 stars hotel standard.

Hotel is clean and room was of a good size for 2. Owners are nice and very friendly, got upgraded to a family room as well. Overall a good stay and well recommended!

Nicely renovated room. Comfortable beds and beddings. Conveniently located within walking distance to Fenghuang Guzheng. Friendly and warm staff. Highly recommended.

房間乾淨整潔，裝修也比較精緻温馨，智能化設施。老闆和前台都是服務熱情周到，一共訂了兩間、其中升級了一間五樓江景，物超所值。

民宿離江邊有些許距離，但車可以到門口，不必拖着箱子走石板，最好的是楊先生的接站服務，各種幫忙而且介紹古鎮很實在，房間很新、乾淨，但臨街摩託聲一清早可以叫醒；早餐一般但可以吃飽，民宿有電梯，對於行李較多的我們很方便

出來玩了8天 住的最滿意的一次民宿 接車所有的工作人員都很好 一下高鐵就幫忙拿行李 還跟我們介紹附近所有的景點 幫我們選了個沒有商業化的古鎮 景色超級超級好 衞生是我住過所有民宿裏最乾淨的 裝修風格也一整個出乎意料的好 隔音也非常棒 還有非常熱情的老闆跟老闆娘 我們住了一天然後去了芙蓉鎮 後來又回來住了 還升級了露台房間 景色超級美 一進房間就可以看到超美的河景 尤其是早晚的太陽跟落日餘暉 早餐也超級好吃 乾淨又新鮮 老闆超級帥 談着吉他唱着歌 房間裏贈送的小罐茶葉超好喝 回口甘甜 走的時候還買了好多老闆的茶葉 我們轉了三個古城 都是景區的茶葉大差不差的 但是老闆的茶葉真的很不錯 性價比極高 極高 老闆選的小茶葉罐罐真的很好看 真的很有品味 真的太棒了 真的贊 這次體驗感拉滿 下次我指定還來 看着老闆彈着吉他唱着歌 吃着老闆娘燙的粉 （餐廳的風景也超棒）

房間非常非常乾淨，裝修很有品味！不是那種土土的民宿，跟老闆聊天很愉快，老闆審美非常在線，還特別熱情，一家來玩還給升級了家庭房，走的時候趕高鐵打不到車老闆吃一半飯還幫忙送到了高鐵站，超級感謝！
