We had two interconnecting suites and one junior suite to fit our family of 6 requirements. The reservation was very uncomplicated with spa appointments and amendments made very efficiently and effectively. The highlights of the hotel go to the wonderful hospitable staff; from the front of house to the cleaning staff. The hotel felt away from 5 stars with weak breakfast offerings, bathroom toiletries, and the poor selection of antipasti buffet (especially at lunch). Lunch and dinner food offerings were wholesome and tasty highlighted by professional and attentive waiting staff. Our suites and rooms were well maintained however Wi-Fi was poor to non-functional. The outdoor wellness area was well maintained with the pool attendant actively around. The 139-bedroom thermal hotel is well located and we enjoyed the electric car charging station. Recommended if you are a first timer of a 5-star hotel in Abano.

A little old but still efficient structure, in a perfect position in the full pedestrian area in the center of Abano Terme, ideal for spending a few days in the large thermal pool, Cute and excited staff simple kitchen of excellent ingredients, we spent a few days in wonderful relaxation.

Hotel is very good. We enjoyed being there. The dishes look impeccable and also very tasty. I also want to note the unforgettable view of the mountains from the 8th floor of the hotel. The Spa was wonderful and the stuff are very nice and friendly. I want also to thank Olesea and Norghe the operator of thermal assistant for his professional skills. The pool is open until 23.30. And so after our day trips it was very nice to dip in the pool in the evening. I liked everything. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Hotel with very friendly staff, excellent cleaning, good large and soft hand towels, excellent towel and spa fabric, large swimming pool area, to return in spring to the garden area. The spa is very beautiful, very prepared and friendly staff, excellent products used. Breakfast served in a large well-equipped room, a very wide and varied buffet. The dinner served in the room other than breakfast, meals buffet, vegetables and sweets abundant and varied, very good food, unfair service. A comfortable bed but the room does not reflect a 4-star superior for soundproofing, TV position and bathroom; I have already been told that the hotel will close from June to September for restructuring. Great dogs welcome, found 2 steel sticks and a panquet that could be coat or subcoat (I coat the house port for its smells), right overprice for the dog. Overall to be reopened after restructuring.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. The room I was assigned was swelteringly hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. With the temperature outside reaching a scorching 39 degrees Celsius, the room felt like a stifling 35 degrees. It was evident that the hotel was aware of the inadequate air conditioning as the provided blankets were as thin as bedsheets, providing no warmth whatsoever. When I approached the staff and requested a different room with a functioning AC, I was disappointed to find that the situation was no different. The lack of action taken by the hotel to address this issue was disheartening. It’s clear that they were aware of the problem but failed to provide a suitable solution. Considering the uncomfortable conditions and the hotel’s disregard for guest comfort, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay. Save your money and seek out a more accommodating hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and provides proper amenities.

Hotel is close to the highway and located at the business area, you will need a car if you want to go out for lunch/dinner. The hotel staff makes you feel welcome at check-in, and suggested to park the car in the underground hotel parking – at no cost! The rooms look a bit outdated, the carpet did not look very clean. The bathroom was clean and functional, the bed is positioned as such that it is not in direct line of the flow of the (very effective) air conditioning. Breakfast was buffet style, and offers the typical Italian variety of sweets (I’m not used to eat cake in the morning, but hey, you need to adapt to the local habits.) For us, it was a perfect ‘base’ to visit Padova and for a one day trip to Venice. We left around 8:00 to Venice, and were able to drive to Venice and park in a park house in Tronchetto. No need to book or use a ferry this way!

We were for 2 nights. The hotel is partly renovated, the rooms are hospitality. The room was cleaning was quite good. We found hair in the bathroom. The bed is very small. Breakfast is good. The staff is very nice. The swimming pools are large and pleasant. The first day in the pool was very much chlorine. Probably they had wrong dosage. They were much better in the next few days. The coat and the fabrics are provided for payment. 10 euros for the towel. Dear, but it is still of excellent quality fabric. Alternatively, you can use your own towel. The hotel is to be Adults Only, making it quiet to use swimming pools. The swimming pools are open at different times and all are working only at a few moments. The swimming pools are closed at 20 in the first days of the week and at 23 in the weekend.

Just came back from happy stay at Hotel Terme delle Nazioni. From the moment we arrived, I felt nice, calm and relaxing atmosphere which was promising for a good stay and I wasn’t wrong😊 Very happy to stay in the lovely and comfortable white room, every personnel from the reception to dining/breakfast room were nice and kind…special thanks to Sig.ra T at the reception, who sorted a little issue with my reservation, took appropriate action with my email correspondence, and kindly let us check in early as we arrived quite earlier than their check-in time. Water in the swimming pool was perfect temperature and well maintained. It was good as there weren’t many people in and out of water at the time we were there. Dinner and breakfast was OK. It would be good if they offer freshly squeezed orange juice and more selections of cooked food for breakfast. Too bad Montegrotto terme is so far from home. I can’t wait for the soonest opportunity to return for the longer stay!
