It was a lovely stay. The staff was all nice.

The service was very friendly, but the overall feel was strong. Breakfast was good, but the accommodation felt a little creepy.

Only two day trip place located in the center overall we had a good time if it wasn't for the noisy motor of the air conditioner. Kind staff. I would stay there again

My son’s flight on the second day after school ended, and I helped him temporarily book a hotel for one night. The main reason for choosing this hotel is that it is very close to his previous school’s apar**ent, about 2-3 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is in a good location in the city center and has an elevator. (My son has three suitcases, big and small) 👍The service attitude of the staff at the front desk is also very nice. It’s just that the hotel is a bit old, but hotels in Florence are all old, right?

Our 4 night stay here was amazing. The location is unbeatable, we were able to walk easily to every site we wanted to see, the maximum walk was 31 min to the Vatican. The food in the room is great and is replenished everyday, the location allows you to come back to the room during the day to take a break and eat some food in the room, there is also a foot and body massager to help with all the walking. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to everyone I know visiting Rome.

Very conveniently located. The staff were excellent, very helpful. The parking garage is located right next door to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants are all within a short walk.

Second time at the hotel and again the Reception staff couldnt have beeen friendlier. Upgraded to better room without asking for it on check-in. Perfect location with the Duomo about a 5 minute walk away, breakfast good too. Will stay again

The staff were very helpful and nice. The property is a little run down and could use a refresh. The location is really good. The spa was not what I expected and should be included in the stay, not $25 euros each.
