Very clean hotel with friendly service. The breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect distance from shopping and the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

I paid 360.00 dollars for this hotel. I'm loyal to Holiday Inn Express and I'm a platinum member. This is the dirtiest and most outdated hotel I have stayed in. The room was very dirty and there was a huge dresser that blocked my handicapped access to the room. I would not recommend. The room walls are thin and I was awake most of the night due to the yelling neighbors next door. This is a price gouging hotel that would be worth 50.00 a night not 360.00. This hotel needs to be demolished.

It was awesome! Big clean rooms, with plenty of outlets. Convenient location for grocery stores and fast food. We went directly from the cruise port and the staff allowed us to lock up our luggage and get access to it, as needed, before check-in. The next day they stored our luggage after checkout and gave us a key card to access the pool while waiting for our flight.

We only stayed for 2 nights pre cruise. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the water taxi stop 4.The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

It took multiple calls to the hotel to get the shuttle and over an hour of waiting.
Basic things are an issue. Only one counter person an eight persons in line with 4 more arriving in the shuttle.
Toilet seat wasn't attached! One of the plugs on the nightstand could be pulled in and out. Paint splatter on the coffee maker, clock, phone....just carelessness.
We just would look for another hotel which is sad because we thought we could trust the name Holiday Inn Express.
