設施：齊全，
衞生：乾淨
環境：真好，出意料的好，賓館的有一個山泉之所以叫仙泉酒店，是因為那裡有一個山泉，山泉下面有一個游泳池，住宿可以免費游泳，真的太好了。
下次去順德還會住在這裏。

院子大，風景優美，停車位充足。房間大，有陽台，且陽台上配有架子，曬衣服不要太方便。早餐很豐盛。服務員很熱情。

亭園風景環境優美但所有設施老舊，像三十年前的賓館，欠缺維修，服務及衞生一般，中式早餐款式算不錯，推介前台旁的麵包店，麵包蛋糕甜品款式又多又吸引，味道就視乎種類。

優點：酒店風景，園林和水景很美。早餐的中式糕點和甜品OK。
缺點：首先是衞生特別不好，馬桶流黃水，全屋地毯很臟，被子枕套等布草服役太久可以退休了，沙發又破又臟。其次設備跟不上，床頭沒有插座，無法充電。電視機旁的插座壞了無法取電。
重大缺點：服務流程和意識不行。比如前台一位女士，當我要求看房時，不安排客房或禮賓同事陪同，而是給我房卡自己去看，很兇地説“你不要碰房間裏任何東西！”。我以為人員很忙安排不過來，但其實樓層服務員就坐在電梯口無所事事。第二天上午去退房時，她在前台啃漢堡，收下房卡。到下午，我卻接到酒店男士電話詢問有沒有退房，態度也是很不友好。建議酒店管理層加強員工服務規範性和專業度訓練。
總之，這是本次旅程中最不滿意的一家酒店，完全不推薦。

酒店外觀看起來很大氣 就是老酒店了 硬件空調不行 睡覺太熱了 還有蚊子 讓人整晚睡的不舒服 酒店後面還有游泳池挺不錯的 適合天氣在暖和點遊玩
