Stayed here for a business contest with my students. Lovely lobby experience and truly spacious location for events. Excellent breakfast and beautiful places to eat it in. Downsides? Someone was moved into my double room in the middle of a competition. Insist on a single or book it yourself if you can. The staff were still willing to work to solve the problem. There's an extraordinary amount of food and culture nearby. Very much enjoyed the district. Not far away from the historical dragon kilns at Shiwan.

This continues to be a great stay for a city like Foshan. Didn’t use much of the place other than the room this stay. The lady at check in wasn’t very competent. Checked me in under a Chinese name with a totally different room than what I’d reserved. Did give a small upgrade when the mistake was pointed out. Didn’t collect a deposit neither but that really doesn’t make a difference. Speaking of collecting deposits, I wish they wouldn’t give it back to people who smoke as they need to do more to stop people from smoking in this supposedly non smoking hotel. A 300 rmb cleaning fee clearly isn’t doing it. Would still stay again, especially when the weather is nice to use the pool.

Highly satisfied with this hotel. It’s one of the best Ascott we stayed in, with high quality amenities and beautiful design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provide full Zwilling kitchenwares. The area is an impressive new development area, since it’s new many shops on the malls are still not open. Close to subway station so we could get to places easier. Breakfast has many room for improvement, lacking in choices and repetitive everyday.

Stayed for one night, the room was very big, with that kind of retro and warm feeling! The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. If you need anything, call them and they will help you deal with it, which is very nice. We stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.
