"We chose this hotel primarily for its fantastic location right next to Fuji-Q Highland – it's only a 5-minute walk away. The overall environment was very pleasant, and we happened to get a mountain view room, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was a decent size, allowing us to comfortably spread out our luggage, unlike the smaller rooms often found in city areas. The rooftop bath was a wonderful feature and contributed to a great overall experience. There's a convenience store nearby, though you'll need to walk a bit to get there. It's also conveniently situated within a 7-8 minute walk of both bus and train stations. All in all, this is an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it for anyone planning to visit Fuji-Q!"

"Great place. I stayed in a log cabin, which was new and clean, with a cypress smell. You can see Mount Fuji from the balcony of the room🗻, and you can also barbecue on the balcony. The kitchen is also fully equipped. There is a large wooden tub in the room for bathing, but it is a pity that it is not used in the room because you can go outside to bathe. "Our family stayed at the Fuji Mercure Hotel + for two nights! We mainly chose this hotel because we wanted to see the full view of Mount Fuji. The weather was bad when we arrived on the first day, and I was disappointed that there was no trace of Mount Fuji at all. Fortunately, there is a large department store Diaso opposite the accommodation, which is within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The landlord is very nice and prepared drinks for us. We bought food from a nearby supermarket and cooked it in the accommodation. It is fully equipped and has a washing machine and dryer. The accommodation building is three stories high, with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor are two Western-style rooms and a tatami room, a bathroom and a toilet. The rooftop on the third floor has tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Fortunately we saw Mount Fuji clearly the next morning. Since there was an urgent report on the day of check-out and we needed to delay our departure, we asked the hotel to delay our check-out. The hotel was very nice and only paid an extra 1,000 yen for us to delay our check-out for one hour, which made it easier for me to complete my work. There are three parking spaces in front of the house. Even if the parking lot is full, it is not far away if you need to park in the nearby parking lot. It is only a five-minute walk away. If I visit this area again, I will consider this accommodation. "We love this place and the very nice view of Mt Fuji. Everything here is good, spacious and walking distance to Mt Fuji Stn and 7-11. Just that Near the railway sometimes it's a bit noisy but no problems for us. Check in system really difficult, luckily the cleaner passby to help us. We will come back one day."

"The location is decent. There's a shuttle service available to Fuji-Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchiko. You can also take a train to ****, and the train station itself doubles as a shopping mall with various shops and eateries. On the downside, the facilities are a bit dated, they still use physical keys for the rooms, and the area gets very quiet at night with no convenience stores nearby."

"Fujishan Station is a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient to travel. The page may not be clear enough about the facilities. When booking the room, it was considered a homestay because of the cheap price, but it was actually a business hotel. There was a separate bathroom in the room. The room was small, but the environment was clean and the price was very high. I only stayed for one night this time. Have the opportunity to stay again."

"Overall, we were extremely satisfied. It's conveniently located right behind Mount Fuji Station. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely Nordic design. The twin beds can be combined into one, which is perfect for families with kids. The shower has excellent water pressure, making it very comfortable."
