"If you’re looking for a nice hotel SEARCH NO MORE.. this hotel is very nice clean and customer service was fantastic.. it’s close to almost everything. Especially for us … dont think twice… BOOK NOW"
"The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30."
"Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest."
"The room is clean, the bed is big, the breakfast is rich, the service staff is warm and friendly, and it is a safe wealthy area. I will stay here again when I need to come to Atlanta next time."
"The hotel is located in the city center, and it is convenient and fast to call a taxi. The exterior style of the house is very special. There is a small courtyard with some American fabric sofas. The environment is very beautiful, the restaurant is very warmly decorated, and the room is also very large!"
"The location is good. It's on the Georgia Tech campus. There's a Starbucks downstairs and the school's bookstore opposite. The room is spacious and clean, and the area is quite large. The decorations inside are all Georgia Tech's logos"
"Exactly next to the metro station, walking distance to the Atlanta Symphony Hall.
However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel."
"One room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him."

Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!
GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies
QQinianzhiyangThis type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
PPreeti KA night shift worker was so rude , while she was handling us about stuff , she was on video call with her man and I seen that he was naked showing himself to her and she was passing throw some dirty words even me and my daughters heard that too , it’s shame while at work doing that disgusting things
GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.
IInonge ChifukaCustomer care can be better for people travelling from far. Checking in can be adjusted. The food was great. The facilities were great.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite satisfactory. If you are an international flight and take a taxi by yourself, don't take the hotel's shuttle bus to the domestic passenger terminal. Although you can also check in, then the security check back seat train to the international departure passenger terminal. But there are too many domestic flights and it is easy to be late. If you take the hotel shuttle at least three hours in advance.
