這個房間非常的差，差差！房間有蟑螂，床單很臟臟很臟，一晚上都睡不着！！！那個廁所簡直了，又小又臟而且沒有洗髮水和沐浴露！！體驗感超級差！體驗感超級差！舉報！衞生真的很不好👎噁心到家，絕對不要來住！！！第一次碰到這麼差的，現在對福州的印象都不好了！看看圖片就知道了，已經打了12301投訴，圖片和住的房間不符合！！！！！

酒店在十樓，很緊湊，房間不大，衞生不算很好，有小蟲子，酒店不附贈水，所有的東西得花錢買才可以，插座非常送，空調比較舊，衞生間一般，毛巾很差，太舊了掉毛

過來這邊住差一天，看到價格還挺優惠的，剛好又可以去三坊七巷遊玩一下，吃的就是要稍微走一下下，其他都還好環境樸素簡單，雖然這邊的設施呢，不是特別好，工作人員還蠻熱情的，態度方面還挺好。

環境很差，跟圖片差別太大，桌子上有蟑螂爬來爬去，衞生間也好臟。床鋪睡得渾身癢，一大早6點就退房了，以後再也不會再住這個酒店了！

過來看演唱會的房價是漲了一點，但是比別的地方來説，價款價格還算是可以比較正常的漲一點，態度很好，雖然環境不咋地，畢竟價格比其它地方優惠

環境還不錯，酒店硬件設施還是比較符合這個價格的，前台小姐姐也很熱情，住了一晚上，感覺整體隔音效果也還可以，睡得比較好，希望可以保持住現在的服務和品質，下次還會再來的。
