首先非常感謝老闆，因為下午有點事情，所以不能在中午左右退房，後面就拖到了5點多（中午的時候想問一下退房的事情，但前台沒人，不過還是感謝老闆）。
接下來聊一點客觀的住房情況：
1，賓館外面的牌子改名了，改成了聚鴻賓館，大家留意
2，樓道狹窄，較為幽暗，容一人通過，有地毯
3，我住的是靠窗，挨馬路，窗户玻璃單層，不太隔音
4，房間類似於租房的那種類型，天花板沒有裝飾，沒有散光燈，聚光燈等，衹有一個頂大燈，很亮。
5，重點！！！床還是很乾凈的，白色，個人覺得滿意。圖片是退房時臨時拍的。
6，熱水要放久一點才有。
個人想法，如果衹是住宿需求，那完全OK，比如考試，辦事臨時住下。滿意。

不是離我省考的地方近的話，不會定那裡……上樓的樓梯特別窄，聲控燈，這是我沒想到的，不過一百多也就是這樣的地方了。
