My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the price of 674 euros and when we paid we were charged 1348 euros. We had to ask for an explanation and claim a refund of the second fee by mistake. They apologized, but in the meantime 674 euros less on the credit card are heavy. I booked through Booking and was convinced by the photos on the website and the price/quality ratio seemed right given the prices in Saint Tropez. Too bad that once we arrived in the room was completely different, As soon as you enter the room you smell mould. . The double bed were two single beds close together and it was really uncomfortable, the mattress cover was not the right size and being smaller than the bed was only supported. The room was not clean and I had to ask twice for the courtesy of cleaning the bathroom (leaving aside the situation of the bathtub that was really terrible) and twice I received excuses justifying that they would have done it immediately and despite this the bathroom was never clean, the towels were never changed and we had to ask for toilet paper. The hotel looks good from the outside with a nice pool and private parking, but our experience was not at all positive. We are sorry because the staff is young and nice, but this is not enough.
