"The location is really good, less than two minutes' walk from the pier, the environment is good, the house is very distinctive, it is the seaside, the service is good, the facilities are complete, and it is recommended"
"The hotel is certainly beautiful, like a picture. A corridor of flowers leads from the sea to the houses. There is everything for a comfortable stay, but the breakfasts could be improved. Overall the hotel is good, pleasing to the eye, the staff is trying hard."
"Lovely staff, decent à la carte breakfast. It is right at the main ***** of the island but the rooms were quiet. The pool is nice but there was not a lot of lounge space."
"Nice accommodations, clean and comfortable. Great service and decent breakfast spread. The only issue was the wifi, I had work to do but the WiFi was very weak, staff came to try to help but never came back."
"Loved the location which was just off the busy part of Gili T. Everything was still within walking distance and we walked with luggage from the harbour to the hotel.
The hotel grounds were beautiful … a real oasis on the small island of Gili T. Hotel room abit dated but still acceptable.
Definitely recommended."
"First of all, I would like to note the excellent service: incredibly friendly staff, they went out of their way to accommodate us, checked us in early, cleaned the room every day, provided a bicycle (it was really of dubious quality, it was easier for me to get around on foot). Good breakfasts. There are cats on the premises, be prepared for this. I got the red one hooked on butter, so don't be stingy - give him a treat. There is Wi-Fi, but it's slow. I couldn't even watch YouTube. I forgot to take photos, everything matches the shots on the website."
"The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown"

Amazing
IIuliia MiagotinaI really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great room design, caring and pleasant staff, delicious breakfasts. Magnificent territory. Dining area with a view of the sea. You can rent masks and see turtles. A beautiful reef to the right of the hotel area, they take you here for snorkeling. Usually arrives after 10 and before 11 am. After lunch around 4.30 pm. In the evening, Disney cartoons. Wonderful pool (far), tennis table and pool table under a canopy. There is a volleyball court.

💞Reasons to Recommend:
The hotel was away from the busy beach front and noise, situated in a quiet remote location.
The hotel has cheap laundry services available.
The hotel allows you access to the main fridge to store your own drinks and food. There is free tea and coffee available.
💡 Think about:
The location is very remote, next to a farm. Often the farms burn wood and make bonfires and the rooms often smell like bonfire.
The hotel offers one choice of fruit, omelette or toast for breakfast.
Very small rooms with no safe.
The hammocks haven’t been cleaned and some are mouldy.
The bathroom is located outside, therefore if you do not like the outdoors, this hotel might not be for you.
UUnplanned travelerBefore writing this review, I thought for too long about whether I should write this or not.
I wish people didn't know how friendly and warm the staff at this hotel is.
I wish other people didn't know how happy it is to eat a delicious breakfast while listening to the sound of birds and carriages and the sea breeze.
I wish people didn't know how enjoyable it is to walk back to room with a clean and beautifully maintained garden.
Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset.
I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here.
I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it.
I don't want to go home.
I don't want to go to work.
CCN Man 420We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children.
The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first.
I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home.
We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit!
Best,
Ryan Lisha

GGuest UserDon’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!
GGuest UserThe staff were amazing like everywhere in Bali, always happy to help & offered me specific meals for when I had Bali belly.
The room itself was quite small & bathroom was not amazing.
I did sleep well as the blinds are good and air con can easily be adjusted.
Water is provided but really they could give more than one bottle so you don’t have to request more.
I booked this place because reviews said breakfast was amazing but I honestly didn’t think it was that special. You pick a main off a menu & then there is a buffet of pastries (which were very good for hotel pastries), fruit & juice. Coffee is additional which for the price really should be included. Maybe better depending on what you order from the menu.
Location is the far side from the port but every resort still turns into a party venue playing loud music from 4pm. Can we not just sit and watch the sunset listening to the waves?
Beach on this side has a lot of coral/rocks so swimming in the ocean you need water shoes.
XxcratLocation is good, thats why i chose this hotel. Its not on the main street. But Im solo guy so this is best for me. Near to jetty and near to one and only night market and main night life area and all cafes. Hotel offers bikes rental and day trips with reasonable price. Its good enough for solo or couple who would go for diving for few days on the island. If u r in gili for more than 2 days, I’d suggest u go north to explore better hotels and different experiences on the island or meno or air would be for you. Very near to the beach for sun rise as well. Bfast is superb and other meals as well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pool is normal but they managed to use for the available space for it. Close to local mosque but they do provide some kinda ear plugs for that. But its just few mins during the day. Highly recommended. You cant expect very good hotels on the island with less crowded crowd and this is good enough for few days esp when its close to the jetty to leave.
XXiaLinCharleneFirst, I would like to mention that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good if what you are looking for is something close to the restaurants and shops but also not far from the turtle point. However, I must mention this as it came as a bit of a shock to us, the property is located right next to a mosque. They broadcast prayers 5 or 6 times a day starting at 5am. I realize that we are in their country and should respect their religious practices. But, we would have booked a different location if we had known this because the broadcast is not as loud in other parts of the island and would not disturb your sleep. The room service was also much less than what we are used to. They only clean every second day (you must hand in your key for this to happen - a detail they only told us after day 3 of staying there), but the staff did provide us with clean towels every day when we asked for it. The breakfast was also very basic, but the amazing service from the staff kind of made up for it. Overall an ok stay.
VVorizzardI would like to warmly thank the bale sasak team for their exceptional welcome and impeccable service. Every staff member contributed to making my stay unforgettable with their kindness and availability. The facilities were perfect, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you again for everything; I hope to return soon!
Special thanks for Pedro the goat! I want to see you again brother!
