The favorite hotel in Gongliu County selected on Trip.com. At 10 o'clock in the evening, I checked in at the front desk. I took two bags of luggage and came to the door of the room. The room card and meal coupons were written on 1210. The room card could not open the room door. I called the front desk and said that I would go down and make the room card again. I hung up the phone. Call the front desk again to let the floor attendant open the door first and put the luggage in the room before going to the front desk to process the room card. I waited for ten minutes with two bags of luggage in my hands. I made a third call. The waiter came and opened the door. There was someone in the room. The waiter contacted the front desk with the walkie-talkie. The front desk said that it was wrong. We were room 1215. There were two staff at the front desk when checking in. I had a guest to check in. The room number could be wrong, and there was no sense of service. The front desk made a mistake. For the guests who drove a day and checked in at 10 o'clock in the evening and carried two bags of luggage, I even asked me to go to the front desk from the 12th floor to deal with the phone. I rarely write bad reviews, and I am very angry at the service attitude of the front desk staff this time! I hope that the hotel will strengthen management and the service awareness of the hotel staff will match the hotel's first-class hardware facilities.

前一晚在賽里木湖住的牧雲，兩家是同一個公司的，價格也差不多，但是這個營地的運營比牧雲差的不是一點半點。先説優點，環境絕佳，風景絕美，在那裡看到了我此生看過最多的星星，房間的設施佈置都是一流的，智能馬桶（雖然有點**），露營椅都是加分項。缺點也非常明顯，服務拉垮。管家打電話來感覺是為了推銷晚飯為主，道路指引衹是順便。到達定位後沒有看到營地，給管家打語音電話拒接，後面衹好給前台打了電話。到達營地後工作人員有三四個，但沒有一個人指揮安排停車，辦理入住也是，熱情就不要求了，但工作人員就給了房卡，房間位置和行李如何搬運全靠我們自己問，沒有主動告知，連縣城賓館的前台都能做到的事情這個營地的前台做不到。最無語的是到了房間，大門窗子全部敞開，走進房間的台階前是一段冰，不鋪雪防滑也就算了連個小心地滑的提醒都沒有，我愛人本身腳就扭到，結果在屋子門口又摔了一跤。至於屋內，淋浴間燈泡壞了沒維修，我們是藉著廁所那邊的光洗的澡。還有玩雪項目，雪上摩託十五分鐘七十元，給我們有問題的雪上摩託騎也就算了（因為聽到工作人員和旁邊的人説這輛這趟騎完別再騎了），不到十五分鐘就一直喊着嚷着説時間到了，體驗感真的差到不行。反看牧雲，從到達就有工作人員安排車子來接行李，到辦理入住後也有工作人員帶到房間，詢問温度如何，管家回覆也很及時。整個營地管理有序，不像這家，管理非常混亂，真的浪費了這麼好的景色。
