I am lazy and don't write reviews very much, but once I want to write, it must be something I want to feedback to make the hotel better.
1. Hotel to the store reception
I arrived at the hotel at 12:50. I couldn't have a room cleaned when I checked in at the front desk. I understand this better because it is a resort hotel. It is acceptable to check out late.
2. Lunch at the hotel
Because of the room, I went to the restaurant with my family to order lunch. First of all, I must be sure that the environment is really beautiful and the interior is very clean. The price of lunch is not high. I ordered Gongbao chicken ding, Mapo tofu, fish-flavored shredded pork, and egg fried rice for Chinese food. The taste is quite satisfactory, but the service I want to say that the table on the Gongbao chicken is cold. I want to ask the waiter to forget or pre-made dishes? This hopes to improve, there are not many people dining at noon.
3, room environment
I am very satisfied with the room environment, large, spacious and well heated. The sanitation of the bathroom and the room are very good. Also sent welcome fruit (I sent one in two rooms) This suggestion service standardization to avoid customer hearts. The snacks, water, and drinks are free. I am very satisfied with this.
4. Hotel environment
On the picture, the hotel environment should be one of the best in Zengjiashan. It also has a hot spring pool. It is really good to play in the snow and bubble bath. So the environment is great, you can come to nourish your body and spirit once you have never been.
5, dinner.
I booked a special soup pot (fungi soup pot) for dinner at noon. Because I ordered it early, I had a reserved seat and served the dishes in advance. The soup pot was still very good, but my dissatisfaction with the service also started here. I thought I needed to add a la carte and ordered lunch meat and egg fried rice and then warm beer. Lunch meat is fast, but the quality of this lunch meat lowers the hotel's grade. I am a diner and I am willing to pay but I don't need to be full of starch and don't know what lunch meat is. I ordered the money but I didn't eat it. This is my protest. The second child has been waiting for egg fried rice. I am not kidding. Basically, I waited for an hour and urged more than three times before I came. The warm beer was almost finished. The waiter also said that I only ordered 😂. This service hopes that the hotel can see it and rectify.
6, check out
First of all, it is certain that check out is polite, and then there is a gift, so that the child is very happy. For me, I was moved when I went out to the hot car. I brought a car cover to the windshield of the car to avoid rain and snow. The check-out process was also very smooth, but after I set off, I found that the child's glasses should have stayed in the room, and the front desk also responded positively, but I didn't find them. I think there should be no one to ask for myopia glasses but I clearly know that things are in the room sink. But the feedback was not found, so I have a feeling that room service is used as garbage for the convenience of customers? I hope the hotel can see it too.
